Ill start off with the fact I am not the biggest fan of "tex mex"/Americanized Mexican cuisine and also we came at a strange time of a day 2pm or so. Walking in it looks a lot like Mexicos tourist traps, which was actually really nice if you fancy those kinds of things. Really clean, pretty place... Waitress did not really understand everything we were asking about but it was ok. We had a drink spill and they were pretty quick about cleaning up but took around 5 minuets to get new napkins etc. Food came our pretty quickly, the one plate for was a HUGE portion, looked great, supposedly taste good, the only issue was that the protein was a tad bit over cooked. The second plates portion was SO little in comparison to the first. Again protein was shoe leather and no seasoning. But the side dish of a chille pablanos, was great. They checked back for refills etc., a decent amount of times, could have been a little more attentive especially when there is only about 4 tables taken. Once we were done, NO ONE for over 15 bothered to get out plates or bring our bill... We actually had to get up and wait by the register to pay out check. We will probably stick to the place around the corner.

Do not pay attention to the high star reviews. I went here lunch; LUNCH, I got a taco salad and atea and my bill was 12.49. Im still in shock considering the food was very poor quality. This is why I stick with the usual places. Blue Agave will continue to get my business. If you want a real 5 star experience at a Mexican resteraunt, go try Blue Agave on Battleground Ave. They are amazing in all ways.

Ive been coming here since I was very young. The staff has changed a few years ago and the menu a few months ago as well, but if you ask for any changes theyll be made just fine. Food is always delicious and the staff Id friendly as well. Perfect for families or lunch. Dare say, the best Mexican Restaurant on Greensboro.

What can I say about this place, I had hopes for it, the decor is nice but the food was simply meh. It wasnt bad, but Ive definitely had better. The prices were about average for a Mexican restaurant and the wait staff seemed friendly and kept my glass full. All in all not a bad experience but not my best either.

This is one out of a few Mexican restaurants my family has been dining at for several years. They have the best steak fajitas in town, IMO - I like to order them "hot". I love the salsa too. Sometimes Ive ordered a quart of it to go. Ive never had a bad meal at this place.

Exquisite food, never disappointing. Great location and beautiful venue. Professional staff extremely knowledgeable about their menu and wines. One of Clevelands finest fusion restaurants. Reservation recommended prior visit, especially during the weekend.

Friendly and inexpensive but slow as hell ! I mainly go for the beer, have a beer or two maybe twice a week because their prices are right. I would expect not to have to ask for a napkin, but ALWAYS have to, and dont care to watch soccer. Just saying !

This one is my favorite. They have the most authentic food and salsa and the portions are enormous. The wait staff is always professional and polite. The bathrooms here are the cleanest in Greensboro.
