Ciento mucho no expresar una buena esperiencia,!! El día de ayer domingo 18 de diciembre fui a comer con mi familia,, pedimos de comer camarones al mojo de ajo. Súper salados, un alambre que le pusiero chees dip, Que el alambre lleva queso gratinado ,,!!!! Y a mi hijo un ACC. Que nunca yego , acabamos de comer y la comida del niño nunca llegó ,,!!!! El mesero nunca se arrimó a ofreser más agua o bebidas, al final de que comimos llegó la comida del niño y por supuesto ya íbamos de salida ,,,,,,,!!!!! Como es posible que un ACC PARA NIÑO TARDÓ 30 minutos . ,, siendo que ya tienen listo el arroz y el chees dip , los camarones tardan 3 minutos en la plancha , no. 30 minutos ,,,, disconformes y decepcionados por el servicio ..... que lastima

Ayer viernes 8 de abril alas 7 pm fue con mi familia a comer al san Luis 2 y ordené el molcajete como de costumbre es un platillo muy rico, pero esta ves el platillo fué una porqueria y mi orden venía incompleta y al hacerle la observación al gerente a cargo tuvo muy mala actitud,,,, la experiencia en san Luis 2 fue así; sin embargo en san Luis 3 que está en la ciudad de high point esta exquisito por esa razon ordene el mismo platillo pensando que no variaría por ser la misma cadena de restaurante, le hice observación al gerente y no le importo .

this use to be one of my fav restaurant but not any more.... i called them and made to go order on july 21st... it was ACP... and also flour tortilla..... i was in hurry so i paid and didnt bother my self to took in the bag.... as i reached home i was missing my flour tortilla as well as i open my food there was 98% rice and only few pieces of chicken.. so i called the restaurant and ask for the manager and he was so rude on the phone he hung up on me so i called again and hes like ill give u a call back which i never got the call back from them... as well as i got food poison... just let u know people check ur food before u leave the resturant if its to go then... also the staff is very rude and the food is sucks.....

I was there sometime the first week of January with family service was good food average so i decide to come back next week worst mistake we got attended by a pregnant waitress who was in a bad mood got really bad attitude never came to check on us we have to ask another waitress for refills or napkins. Went there Another time because my nieces wants to see the guy who does a glove animal figures well food took a 30:00 minutes to come cold With bad flavor we talk to the management but they really dont care about costumer complains but anyway they charge in full Honestly i dont recomend this place its getting worts and worst

When I ordered I made a mistake and asked for thr wrong menu item. When I immediately asked for another waitress to change my item they were EXTREMELY rude. They did not ask me what I wanted to replace the meal with. They tried to force me to pay and accept the meal. I asked for a manager, because of the rude waitresses, and the manager (male) even questioned me why I ordered the menu item when it was a simple fixable mistake. Will not be going again, becuase of the extremely rude service.

To start off my michelada had a wire taste like if the lime they use was cut a few days before then I order a carne asada and told the waitress to add shrimp. They only add 3 and charge me 6 dollars more and my tortillas never arrived until I asked a different waiter for them. My daughters food took 20 minutes more to come out after ours did and the waitress Harley ever came by to check on our drinks. This use to be one of the best restaurants ........

This review is for the San Luis near UNCG not the one up High Point road. I have been going to this location for 12 years and their food and staff are always excellent! I have had mistakes once or twice, but they correct them so I have no complaints, the best chips and salsa in the triad! Will be a life long customer :)

It was the first time we had been and it was very good ,the service was great ,the food was excellent ,atmosphere was fun and we had a great time .we went with another couple and everyone really enjoyed it . There were a lot of families some with small children some celebrating birthdays it is a fun place . thank you

The service is outstanding and the food is fresh and well prepared. It is not too crowded or noisy. The staff are attentive and friendly. The fresh ingredients are what makes it special. Their shrimp fajitas have large shrimp instead of little pink rings like some places have, and everything else is just as good.

Food was good but the customer service was terrible. The waiter did not seem to understand anything we said to him then my food came out wrong. He never came to check on us. Second time at this restaurant and the first time was by far much much better. Kids loved the man making balloon animals though.

There food was good not great but good then after I walk out not maybe an hour later I Started pucking my guts out I got food poison from there shrimp I ordered the shrimp nacho fejita n never again will I eat here Im still having stomach problems from a day ago so be careful what u eat from here

Looked like they were a little overwhelmed when we arrived late on fathers day. They told us the wait would be 30 minutes, it was 15. Service was fast and the food was great. If this was them packed I cant imagine how fast it would be on an average night. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

my favorite mexican restaurant in Greensboro. though a chain this is by far the best of them. Great staff that treats you very good. fast service and strong margaritas to drink. a few TVs to watch sports on while eating and hanging out. Great lunch service and good prices.

My husband and I love this restaurant, it has great food! the only problem is they dont have black beans. :( other than that, everything we have had has been excellent, and the staff have been very prompt.

My visit was very good as always whether eat in or take home. San Luis is like home away from home because I try to eat there at least once a week. Today we had #8 and #11 for lunch. See you Sunday!!!
