This is the 4th time that we have had the take out, and every, single time, they just cant seem to get it right. Call me the fool for trusting these guys, and the order. They even read the order back to me, and still they cant get it! I am embarrassed to say that it took me this long to write a review. I order the burgers plain, just add cheese. Meat and cheese only, nothing else, no garden, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, just meat, and cheese on a bun. OK. What do I get? I get the works, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, etc. GEEZ people! Please.....I have given up. People just dont care anymore. I called the manager, and I expressed my concern for the lack of attention to my order. I returned the food, and was provided a full refund. I can only hope that this place will shut down soon, or at least a new staff who can 1.) listen, 2.) take an order 3.) Read back a correct order. 4.) Place a correct order. 5) Check an order as it is placed in a bag. 6.) Checked again at the bar upon pickup. 7.) Finally, insist that customer check the order, as we arent sure we can do this take out thing as we have not been able to in the past. Personally, I would not recommend eating here for take out. I have contacted the Regional manager regarding this location. Cmon people it is NOT that hard!

Placed an order via phone tonight. The guy that took my order must have been an auctioneer because he spoke extremely fast. I shouldnt have to as k you numerous times to repeat yourself. My order was missing extra fries. I literally had ten fries. If its bottomless fries and I ask for extra, why not give me extra fries?? My donuts taste like old grease.... So disappointed. My burger was places in a Styrofoam container when it normally comes in a nice box which allows for separations from the fries. Although my burger was good, my burger was sloppy and had to be re-stacked before eating. Extremely disappointed with this location....

Finally found a location close to me and I was pleased overall. I love spinach dip and red robin had the best I have ever had the only thing I didnt line was the raw red onions and somebody was a little too heavy with the salt on the chips but it was so good.I also had the prime rib dip it was good too minus the bread it was off a little. My bf had the bacon burger he was a little disappointed bc he said it didnt match the "bacon hype" from the menu but overall we would return again. Service was excellent even ppl not assigned to our table were checking on us so no complaints there cant wait to go again this time for drinks!

We were dragged to go the restaurant by someone who loves the place. Service was good but not exceptional. Fun atmosphere. Hamburger was good but not all exceptional. It was much smaller than expected for the price. To get a receipt you must find the water before you leave. There is a interesting device for when there are several in your party splitting the bill you pick your items and choose to have or have not a receipt. Unfortunately it does not from the device. I would not go there again. There are many other places with better hamburgers for the money.

This USED to be the one place my Daughter and I enjoyed together. No longer. WHY? They have changed the kids menu. Removed spaghetti and use macaroni. After it sits under a hot light before serving it balls up and hardens. If you ask for no tomatoes on the salad it comes as lettuce only. They changed the ranch dressing or it was turning (daughter got sick). I ordered the lettuce wrap burger, pink. It was so small it was over cooked, and served with 8 fries. OH, and why do they seat you at the door when the place is empty? what are the T.V. sets for?

I used to really like this place but my last 2 visits were not good. After our last visit we decided to give it one last try but this was a mistake. Last night we went for dinner and our food was overcooked, drinks were weak and very over priced and our server was hard to understand and more interested in doing side work than being attentive to the guest he was serving. Dont think we will frequent this restaurant again since we have many other choices now available in the neighborhood so no need to go to a bad establishment.

Hostess was very rude! Dirty looks before we even were seated. Then, when my boyfriend and I asked for a booth...this young lady acted as though she didnt want to do her job... to make matters worse, she gave us a wet table that my boyfriend ended up drying off himself! No maam. I told him, we are paying customers and we werent about to spend money where some little girl couldnt get her act together! So we left and had a nice quiet dinner at Chilis in South Charlotte! Never again!

Our first time there, 10 minutes to close and we were the only ones there. Our server was friendly and very helpful with the endless choices that they had. They have burgers, chicken, salads and wraps. The food was delicious. I had the bruschetta chicken. My husband had the burning love burger with an extra patty added on. Full of flavor! And the freckled lemonade was so delicious with the strawberries in it. We were so pleased, we left a $10 tip.

Food was good but the service was below average. Took a long time to get drinks, food, and dessert. Server barely checked on us and never gave us refills on our drinks. It didnt seem like it was only our server, either. Other servers seem to be behind. One server, had a table walk out on them since they took too long to greet them. Just dont expect great service when you come here. Food was delicious as always.

Love being able to pay at the table with the tablet. Makes it very convenient if you are during your lunch break or maybe with kids and dont want to wait on your check, waiting for them to run your card, etc. Lots of variety of burgers and sandwiches and good kids choices also. Endless fries after great.

They got my dates order completely wrong then took 40mins to bring out the correct burger. I had already ate my food by that time. Her burger was overcooked and cooking weights were obviously used. On top of the horrible order issue, the waiter never checked up on the table or refillwd drinks

The burgers are excellent, as long as youre not counting calories. The service is good, but the atmosphere is a mood killer. Lots of noisy children everytime I go there. And they usually have cartoon network or nickelodeon on the tvs. But I suppose it is a family oriented place. Overall ok.

The food was lukewarm and the service almost non-existent. We had to send back one meal because it was wrong. We were there an hour and watched the two girls at the hostess desk do nothing but look at their phones and play with their hair. I think some training might be in order

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Red Robin! The service was terrible and the whiskey river chicken sandwich was the worst sandwich that I have had. The one manager acted like she didnt want to be there. I dont believe we will be going back there any time soon.
