Came here to get a bit of food and watch the game. I sat at the bar with couple of friends and the bartenders were friendly even though slightly inattentive. The food was OK had a burger and some fries, couldnt really complain as it was average, although, it was kind of expensive for what I got, and I even had to get my fries separately. Also, seems like for that day, the amount of TVs behind the bar were inadequate as about two different groups of people werent able to see what they wanted to see, despite all three tvs being on a different channels. By the time we were ready to leave, it took a pretty long time to get our check, we waited for about 17 minutes while actively trying to grab someones attention. Unfortunatley this is not a place I would go out of my way to return to.

The food is ok, but I dont think its worth the price. They changed their menu to not include a lunch special which pretty much prices them in the upper extreme of a lunch budget. I paid $10.80 for a burger and a *small* handful of onion rings; no drink (just water). Add to that a tip (its a table delivery and clean up type of place) and its definitely pricey compared to other lunch options. The food is pretty good, the facility is clean, and the staff is friendly. But the price is the main reason for my three-star review.

Lots of good reviews brought be here, but it was a major letdown. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food so maybe it was just me... but I ordered the cheesesteak and it was literally just ground beef with cheese on it in a sub roll. My GF turkey burger was gross in my opinion as well. I dont recommend.

Over the top service! The burgers had just the right amount of smoke. Even though well done, the burgers had plenty of juice and flavor. The fries were hot and crispy. We had the "lug nuts" for desert, hot and tasty! Check this place out, you WONT be disappointed!

as far as burger chain restaurants go, this place consistently delivers good food and cold beer. this one on Fairview is one of the smaller ones in Charlotte, but its got a nice outdoor area and is always clean, and the staff is on point.

OK Food. Not worth crossing town for, but if its convenient, try it. Bacon cheesburger and sweet potato fries and an arnold palmer. Lunchtime line is long though so sit and order at the bar.

It was calm and the food was great. No sitting or standing for hours ... And Taylor" was wonderful she really was a great hostess. Wifey and I agreed that we will return. Outstanding.
