After an awesome time at the beach with family and friends, we decided to eat at this Burger King, second time there no issue the first time. Apparently the man at the register, (a slim, black male about 63") had an issue and refused to honor the internet discount coupons. We tried to order three orders of the 2 whopper meals for 8.99 and more items. He refused. I said no problem there are three adults present, you can ring us up separately. We are three separate customers each usng their own debit card and their phone where each downloaded their own coupon. He tried to explain he could only honor one coupon and would have to be able to show accountability for all coupons. I tried to explain there are three separate adults, each a separate customer. When we asked for the manager. He mentioned he was the manager. After trying to explain yet again, the man lost his composure and called for a coworker to deal with the situation because he couldnt. To which I asked how can you be the manager and not be able to handle a simple coupon purchase. The woman came and tried to help us but he kept mouthing off. I told him I could easily take my money down the road. The woman heard my explanation and was willing and attempting to help. He kept mouthing off from the back where he could not be seen and I told him to shut up because I was no longer talking to him. He came back to the front very loudly, yelling he was the manager three years and knew his job and asked me to leave, like he was dialing police to trespass me. To which I replied he was doing it very poorly. This was probably my worst customer service experience. My family and I finished dining at Taco a Bell where we were served with respect.

The only employees that are half way friendly are the weekday early morning crew. Terrible Guest Service. They get my order wrong 90% of the time and Their Drive Thru times are horrible. They always make You pull around to the front after already waiting in line. Then they take their sweet time to bring the order out to you. Last Night I had a Big Order One of my Whoppers had the wrong toppings and We got two of the Chicken Big Kings. That chicken must have been holding in the warmer for a lonnnng time. So cold no moisture it was like eating turkey jerky. When I called I I didnt Thank you for calling Burger King How may I help you.. It was "Hello" I asked to speak to the manager I didnt get a "sure, Please hold for a minute" nothing but dead silence Until the manager came on line. I explained my issue and she never offered an apology just a "Well come in and Ill replace it" with a little attitude.. The night crew is awful, rude and no respect for the company they work for. I only go back because it the closest and ONLY place on my route home. My advice would be to go to the other Titusville location.

Burger king REALLY needs to step up their game. No wonder they have such low ratings. They have poor quality and charge too much for it. They dont pay attention to their screens to make orders correctly. Experience indoors is awful. 5 people while I was there had to go back up to get their order fixed. One of the employees was at the soda machine because it was out of ice and the employee was STANDING IN FRONT OF THE MACHINE TEXTING. A CUSTOMER standing behind her WAITING had to grab the bucket of ice and POUR IT IN HIMSELF. Yes they did some redecorating and got new seating which is nice but they dont keep tables, floors, or counters clean. Literally dirty spoons and other trash on the floor. Trash cans overflowing. Just terrible.

Ive been here a few times now, during different times of the day, and every single time Ive gotten horrible service. They are extremely rude, one girl didnt even look at me when she took my card for payment thru the window, she swipped my card and handed it back to me, no thank you, have a nice day, kiss my left butt cheek, nothing. Last night they screwed up my drink order and I very nicely advised the young lady it should have been a medium and not small I got an attitude. it seems to be an epidemic with this place, Im thinking there is no way Bk is bogarting this many unhappy people, must be management creating such an unhappy atmosphere.

Had an horrifying experienced with this location I never expected managment to have such disrespect towards customers with children over utilizing a coupon we got yelled threatened and embarrassed in front of not only of our minor children but the whole restaurant. Im not only sadden by the experience but left with the task to explain to my children that in situations like this we just have to walk away but with this review we are hoping to warn others about the level of disrespect we have just experienced at this location and maybe they can take in consideration the possibility to be bullied for asking to use a coupon.

Only us and another couple inside, two in drive thru but somehow they managed to LOSE our entire order. After 15 minutes standing at the counter, I had to repeat my order, three times! Lots of active roof leaks, including STANDING WATER inside the fluorescent lights. Staff literally couldnt care less about the service or the disgusting state of this place. Im not sure how they are still open for business. Im certain the health department wouldnt be happy and I will never return.

Got food poisoning from this location from a grilled tender-crisp sandwich! Had not eaten anything else for hours leading up to consumption and didnt even eat my fries... Within 25 minutes I was so sick it was ridiculous! Ive heard other people always talk bad about this location but figured it couldnt be that bad right? I was so wrong and I definitely paid for it! Wish I could rate it 0 Stars!

The girl that took my order was very nice, however the manager was loud kept having to pull up his pants and yelled across the room to an employee about other employees and customers. Every order I saw come through the drive thru was aked to park. Extremely slow getting food out and even time we go (months in between) they say they are currently out of kids meal toys.

Every time I go to this BK they get my order wrong in some way. Always end up getting pulled up to wait. Their excuse every time is fries. Well if they paid attention to their screens the fries could be dropped sooner. Food is often cold and they seem to run out of certain sodas every time I come in. Managers and some employees are very rude. I am not coming back.

Like a lot of places, this fast food restaurants performance is based on the employees working. Either their happy and productive, or miserable and slow. Just gotta learn what crew is the one that can take care of you. Typically beat to avoid rush hours as you could end up waiting for 15min for food.

After going through the drive-through at 10:45 in the morning, the entire order was wrong. And when I say wrong, I mean incredibly wrong. The burgers were made incorrectly, the fries were cold, onion rings were burnt, service was slow, and to top it all off I got food poisoning. Way to go BK
