The Island Packet sends out a grand and glorious 9 X 12 flyer in its Sunday paper. In full color the XT Burgers are advertised buy one get one free. I go by with the coupon. Not only do they not honor the coupon, their price is higher than the nationally advertised price. This has happened to me three times. I think the Hilton Head Island Packet should put a disclaimer on all Burger King advertisements they send to all the subscribers in Hilton Head saying the only Burger King on the Island doesnt honor the ad they receive in their newspaper. If someone reading this knows the address of the packet, it might help to forward it to them. The good news for the Burger King here is that they get the business from the ad without having to pay for it but they dont have to honor the promotional price. Mari Colcolough

Excellent management excellent staff and excellent burgers. On a rare occasion there has been a problem with an order in a drive thru and it was a simple as calling the location and the management told me to come in at any time they would have to be written down in a book to get the correct food and to me that shows a type of fast food restaurant of a higher quality way above the rest

Gave one star only because it would not let me put none. This is the nastiest fast food restaurant I have ever been to! The floors, tables, seats, and drink station were filthy. There were two people (at least one of them was an employee) sleeping in the playground area. I will be contacting their home office and the SCDHEC first thing Monday morning!!

Not impressed. Not the cleanest place I have been to and only go there as a last resort. Out of visiting three times, had to wait two times for someone to take my order and the one time did get immediate service the guy looked like he had not washed his shirt for a week.

Ive only tried here twice. The first time I wasnt happy with the food, but when I received a coupon in the newspaper I decided to try again. Went there, ordered my food, and was then told the coupon was fake and I was trying to scam them. We drove away. Never again!

Ate there before I left Hilton head to head to Columbia and after 5 minutes from being on the road my stomach started to hurt really bad I got food poisoning and sufford the whole ride home. And the service was really slow and people were rude.

They dont show your order on ordering screen at drive thru, so u cant verify they have the order right until u get to window. And then u find out they got it wrong. They have a screen at drive thru, why cant they use it?
