My experience at this particular Burger King on N Tryon was bittersweet (moreso on the bitter side). Though there was one mistake on my order the cashier remained polite the entire time. The problem came in when I was standing in line. One of the older women that was mopping the floor behind me hit my foot with the mop and decided that instead of saying "excuse me" or saying something to get my attention she just stood there. When I turned around she stared at me as if she were trying to say "Are you going to move or what?". Then after placing my order I didnt receive my receipt so I didnt know what number my order was. The lady calling out the order numbers had a bit of attitude in her tone and was upset that I didnt know my order number even though I didnt receive a receipt so how would I know my order number? I normally dont have problems at this Burger King but I guess some of todays staff need a bit more practice in customer service.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich, bit into it and it wasnt even hot. Ordered a whooper with no cheese as well and twice they made whoopers with cheese and the boy in the back gave attitude. I wont be returning to this burger king ONLY because when it comes to blacks working for a white mans company or any race other than there own they seem they wanna slack or half as there job. Oh and FYI I am African american. Ill go to Ballantyne

Service in drive-thru okay, made my whopper wrong and didnt seem to care that I had to wait; no sense of urgency to take care of me, the consumer. Either staff isnt properly trained, or they dont care as they should. Either way, the sandwich was delicious and hot and fresh! The overall experience that day was subpar. Worth a second try, later if I need my whopper fix.

I pulled up to the drive thru at about 12am the automated ordering system was still on and said place your order when ready. I proceeded to place my order and got no response so I pull up to the window see the workers in there and they come to the window and say they are closed! Maybe they should cut the lights off and the automated ordering.

Awful!!! Every time I come here I have wait for my food in the drive thru for 7-10 minutes! Then the food is not fresh after waiting! Theres a girl that works here with braces and she makes a great milkshake and has awesome customer service!!!!!

The staff is friendly during most my visits. They prepare my orders quickly. They ask if I would like anything else. I like to sit and watch the news while eating dinner. Overall, not bad for "fast food".This is a good location.

Slow, disorganized. They got my order wrong and after coming back to have them fix it, I waited for about 10 minutes. Would give them 1 star if it were not for the managers who seemed willing to make things right.
