Server was not familiar with the menu. Entree ordered came with soup OR salad when I ordered soup he asked me if I wanted a salad .......long story short, order showed up with a baked potato....went down hill from there. Dropped the bill off at the table 5 minutes before finished eating....drinks not re-filled...Contacted on line to let them know of THEIR training issues.....never heard back. Friend got a bill with a survey, responded and they stated someone would be contacting him to discuss his issues (no one has contacted him)....Not going to disclose all issues in review Bottom line, food was good service sucked If your just looking for a place to hang at a bar,this is your place....looking for service and not getting it annoys you........go somewhere else

1st time trying it out. Food was good service was lacking. Sat for over 20 min with menus. Noticed lots of wait staff even helping a huge group get drinks and start ordering. I had to send my husband up to hostess to see what was up. Apparently no one knew they had our table. We just drove from across another state and stopped on the way home. This was not a good experience for a late dinner on our last leg of our trip. The staff was very nice and helpful after but it was super akward.

Best Wings USA! That is their motto and they have a lot of them. The multitude of flavors range from mild to insanity, plain to garlic to barbecue to habanero. Absolutely delicious. They have come a long way from their original store in Sharon, Pennsylvania. If wings are not your thing, try one of the burgers or other sandwiches. Equally as good. This restaurant offered a lunch buffet, and I did not leave hungry. It had a selection of healthy options all the way to dessert.

Atmosphere was awesome and the food was good for what it is. Mainly fried/greasy food but not bad at all. The wing buffet had a fair selection, and you could order different flavor wings if they werent on the buffet. I had the dusted mango habanero wings, great flavor. My husband had the Asian sesame flavor, and he was not impressed with the sauce at all. The wings were nice and meaty. Staff very friendly and courteous. Ladies room was clean.

Ordered a featured menu item at 1 pm. 30 minutes later the waitress informed me they were out of the?side it came with. After thinking about it,Replaced it with a baked potato. Halfway thru our meal the manager came by and asked how our meal was. When I asked him how you run out of mashed potatoes 2 hours after opening, and how that actually sold me on the meal, he kinda just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Lol ......pathetic.

I do prefer this Quaker compared to the booardman location for a few reasons. Because of it massive size there are more tables and staff. The bar in my experience is on the slow side for a busy sport bar but they are efficient enough to not have a complaint.the food is very good and properly prepared. The servers are very nice and happy, especially a waitress named Ciana, she is the best!

The best place in the world for wings. The onion rings are also the best ive ever had. The feel of this place w/cars hanging off the ceiling, the heated patio & who can forget motorcycle night every Thursday, is like nowhere else. A challenge for anyone who may go... Try to get your face posted on the wall by trying their super hot sauces.

I used to loooove getting food here, but between the terrible customer service n poor quality of food its a no go. Had to return my food in exchange for something else because it was terrible and they only gave me the difference...... couldnt even toss a root beer in there for my extra 20 minute drive? Thanks

Wow!!!!! The best experience Ive had in a long time. A sever by the name of Court Court was the most beautiful woman ever. Polite, respectful and amazingly gorgeous! Would love to marry her. Also the bartender Melissa, outstanding! Could not ask or want anything more. A must in my book. I love you Courtney.

I got a bendy straw in my rootbeer, the food was delicious, the staff was super friendly, and there were puns on the ketchup bottles. I almost won a yellow elephant in the crane machine game for my girlfriend, but it wanted to stay with its friends. Understandable, they look like an interesting bunch.

Can I rate it less than zero? Service was less than anything. Sat at the bar and the bartender was less than personal, sucked actually. Food OK, I guess. Wont be back even though I will be in the area for several months. They need to step it up several notches to get me to come back.

Tuesday night was all you can eat wings on a buffet they were very good you could order anything off the menu also if you want a different flavors slightly over priced. The aliens at the restaurant was excellent if youre into Automobiles and motorcycles.

Bad service, slow and unattentive. Had to ask repeatedly for things like water and a second beer. Not professional and too many children working there that obviously dont know what waiting tables and being a server and being professional means.

We had a good meal. The Wednesday special with Chicken Tenders was an excellent value. The sauce selection is great and the pack some real punch. The mixed drink was a little weak and watery. Our waitress was good and appropriately attentive.

you just gotta love this place. from the 30+ beers on tap to the 20+ wing sauces, this place does it correctly. they have just upgraded all the HD flat screen TVs, and the staff is also easy on the eyes. i highly recommend this place.

Stopped for lunch during a road trip. Food and service were both good. Boneless wings and pork sandwich (with chips) were great. Street fish tacos were alright. Kids meals were good. Brownie for dessert was very good! No complaints.

Went to their lunch buffet, wasnt very busy but I still waited twenty minutes to put in a wing order and thirty for the check. The wings didnt seem as fresh as I typically expect from Quaker. Just drive to Boardman, its worth it.

Great atmosphere , I had the Thunderbird steak washed down by a Patron Margarita...great cut, cooked right, deliciously potent drink. My poor bartender/waitress was swamped by the buffet lunch crowd but handled it like a champ.

We visit Quaker Steak every Wed. We enjoy the food & atmosphere however sad they did away with kids night, meals were $1.99 & they had the lady who made balloons. Really wish they would offer that on a more permanent basis.

Its hard to rate a place that blatantly rips you off. They charge you $1 to split sauces on 12 wings. They charge you per dipping sauce. They dont include a side for wings that cost $12. The wings were okay at best.

The food is great, the waitress wonferful but HATE the new menu. You got rid of all of the mild sauces, which as a person with stomach sensitivities, leaves me with limited options now!!! Bring back my sauces!!!!!!

The food and drink selection was awesome. Never had a spicy Bloody Mary before. Service was quick and pleasant. I cant remember having a better burger, I am still stuffed two hours after I ate. We are going back.
