We wanted to try something familiar while visiting Beech Mtn. A little hesitate to try it only because we didnt want to be disappointed, but from what we tried it is delicious and very close to authentic. Anne is very business oriented and focused on getting your entire order at 1 time (instead of appetizer 1st, then entree, and to go later) and moving on. She didnt appear to be patient and as we felt pressured to order fast and now. Nancy is very kind and welcoming and knows how to make sure everything on par as she continuously walks around checking on everyone. Pho was good, but the noodles are not like youre average pho noodles, more like pad thai? Com suong was excellent.. the green onion and oil topping on top of the pork chop was wonderful and Im so they add that on there, adds to the authenticity of viet food. I would not recommend the hu tieu rau cay as it is not authentic hu tieu and the rau cay (vegetables) that they add ate just hibachi vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots) and not yu choy, bok choy, or other vegetables that are usually used in this soup dish. We also had the sampler and would recommend the fried tofu, shrimp tempura, and dumplings, we couldve done without the wonton or egg roll. We order the hibachi steak/chicken/shrimp combo.. do not get it it is honestly not worth it, lots to complain about. Shrimp was ok, steak tasted overcooked, chicken was obviously just dip fried in fryer, rice was white rice with a tiny bit of soy sauce?... it was definitely not brown or fried rice. We will probably stop by again on our way out when leaving the mountain.

Awesome food and great service. Ive never had a bad experience and I come here often. Nancy is a very hands on owner that checks on every table personally. I recommend the lettuce wraps which are Spring Rolls. Bahn zhou (sp) is the Vietnamese style "pancake" is my favorite here, with shrimp and pork, but call ahead like 2 hrs and ask Nancy to prep this dish. The Pho here is excellent. The menu is quite varied providing a fusion style experience where one can find pretty much any Asian cuisine they prefer. Viet, Chinese, Japanese and Thai to name a few. Nancy can create it!

Awful service. Waitress was moody with us because of a customer outside that was rude to her. Food was far from great. Waitress expected me to put "shrimp sauce" on my salad for dressing. She had no clue of the menu items when we asked. Taking our order took forever. Saw two tables come after us and leave before us. Fried wontons came on a overly large plate and had chicken in them, never heard of that. Wontons also didnt have any description of what was in them on the menu.

I was on vacation and decided to go here for dinner the other night. Great food with perfect portion sizes and cozy seating on both sides, I loved it so much I decided to go back for Christmas dinner tonight. It was just as great as the other day, if not better! Waitress was kind and great at her job, helping accommodate allergies and was very quick with our requests! I definitely recommend to anyone in/visiting banner elk (:

Horrible service. Was seated and ignored for 10 minutes. Finally placed drink and food order in. Water didnt arrive at the table for 10 minutes. Yes they were busy this weekend. However over 30 minutes had gone by and still no food or any information from the staff. Very disappointed! Decided enough is enough.

October 5, 2014 was our first time at this restaurant and we were so pleased with our friendly server (Grace) and the fabulous food. the portions were generous and well prepared. we cannot wait to return! were only sorry that we hadnt tried this restaurant earlier in the year.

Really great food, service was a bit slow but the waitress we had was attentive. That being said I would literally let someone pour hot tea in my lap if it meant I got to eat more of the pho or bahn mi sandwiches
