It was awful! The waiter only checked in on us once after we placed our order. And we had to sit and wait forever to get our check. The cook he didnt even do the order correctly My dad orders his ribeye steak rare. Cook gave him medium well. The food was dipped, coated, and marinated in SALT!! There salad was disgusting and the soup wasnt room temperature and didnt have any mushrooms only chives. I asked for a virgin Shirley temple and the waiter asked for my ID. Like VIRGIN. No ALCOHOL! The vegetables werent even cook throughly. Our soups and salad bowls were left at the table until after we paid for our food and the grill is nasty!! It hasnt been cleaned there is grease and other foods caked all the way around it. It makes you sick and to think that you have to eat off that?!?! No. And the cook wasted more of the rice than what he served and the noodles tasted like burnt teriyaki. We asked to speak with the manager and the waiter turned into a little hussy! The worst part of it is the cook cross-contaiminated the chicken and the shrimp. And my mom is allergic to seafood! The place is disgusting and I would not recommend eating here ever! And as for the show?..hahaha that was a joke and a half! He did one little thing and then wanted us to catch cooked chicken! Like thats hot and Im not going to catch that.

Eating at Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse is an experience for all your senses between the decor, smell of the food and the show which is put on by the chefs you will be filled. The best sushi in the tri-state, to find better would require a drive to Columbus or Cincinnati, OH. They serve very tasty food, expertly prepared. In this region Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse is the gold standard for japanese food and sushi. The other japanese restaurants in the region are imitations and poor at that. Do not be confused, there is only one Hibachi in Huntington, WV.

If u r looking for the best sushi it the tri-state this is the place to go hands down. I have eaten sushi from this side of Charleston, wv to Ironton, oh & nothing can even come close. The staff will go above & beyond even if your just stopping in to place a order. I was offered something to drink while I was watching at no charge & was asked if I needed anything else. The chefs will even start to remember u & what u order. If u can think of what u want the staff can help u fined something I may like.

Asked for Filet and Chicken Server: we do not offer that. We only have Filet and Lobster but we also have Filet and Shrimp. Asked for no vegetables and double rice. Server: we do not allow substitutes. We can take off the vegetables for you. Sapparos in Georgetown, KY has spoiled me. The have any combo you want and will allow double rice no vegetables along with double soup or salad if you prefer to not want the other.

Hibachis is great. I love the whole food show aspect of it, much like BDs Mongolian Barbecue in Columbus, OH. Their rice is to die for, and the rest of the food is awesome (but not as much as the rice). The service is great once the cook is out and cooking. The atmosphere is good, especially being situated with other people to chat with. The price is what I would expect.

An amazing sushi restaurant in the heart of Huntington. Fast service and a relaxed atmosphere contribute to a fabulous dining experience. The sushi chef was talented and attentive, he even gave us the first sushi role on the house. They also have a good selection of cocktails I ordered the Zombie... Wow! They didnt hold back on the rum. Ill definitely be returning

Phenomenal service and great food. When dining here we typically eat sushi. I have tried sushi from other places and nothing is quite as delicious as here. We have had the Japanese style cuisine and they do am awesome job. It was both entertaining and delicious. I truly love this resturant!

Not the greatest habachi joint. It took 1 hour for the guy to come out and start frying. The place was empty so not sure why it took that long. Service was rough around the edges. Got my co workers order all wrong but was nice about it when corrected. Food was good though.

Eat here. No seriously, if you like food eat here. By far the best Chinese in the area. Have hibachi grills open for dinner and food is just as good at these. If you go for lunch can only get Chinese but the prices are excellent for lunch specials.

This has been a Huntington staple for... I dont know how long. Over two decades. Very good food. Good service. Building is showing its age. Try the General Tsos chicken: not the usual syrupy sticky fare. Hibachi food is fairly typical.

Ordered a to go steak and rice meal.. When I got home started eating I found a hair in my food. I Called the manager and all they would do was give a "extra" order of fried rice with our next order. Will never eat there again!

Awful food. Definitely not Japanese food, in fact, most of them are Americanized-Chinese food. Owner of the restaurant do not have a idea of what is Japanese food. DONT be fooled by the name of the restaurant.

I come here for the sushi bar. It is one of the more unique dining experiences in the tri state. In my opinion, they have the best sushi around.

Sushi is good here. The building is old and smells like an abandoned house. Some candles might help...
