WILL NEVER RETURN: We come here on a regular basis. My child enjoys the hibachi and the show, while we enjoy the sushi. My wife and I are sushi fanatics. We order approximately $100 worth of sushi for the two of us. This past trip we were sat at the hibachi table, however, when we went to order we were told we could not sit at the hibachi table because "two of us were not eating hibachi." It was 8:30pm and there was three other open hibachi tables. I spoke to the manager who didnt care we were regulars and how much sushi we order. If it wasnt so late and having my child with me I would have walked out and caused a bigger scene than I did. WILL NEVER RETURN.

The pricing for the sushi is very misleading. My family and I spent a lot of money and received very little in quantity. Instead, it seemed like we paid for the decorations that came with it. The quality of the food was good, but overall I felt disappointed with my experience here. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the amount of food we received was incredibly underwhelming. Unless you feel like blowing a lot of money on decorations and eating small portions, I would not recommend coming here.

Food was excellent, Ceasar the Hibachi chef was excellent funny and entertaining. Nicole the waitress was never seen had to call her as she walked by to get service from her. After the meal and bill was paid we were asked to move to the bar to finish our drinks. Amazing how you can sit there waiting for your doggy bag, check and once paid they want you to vacate.

We are regulars at Sakura and love the food. The staff is the absolute worst! I will not be returning! They totally disregard what their job is. They are slow, so the food comes out cold. They sit around and gossip and do not do their job! When will the owners see this? I look around at other guest and they are as disappointed as I am.

Service was slow at best, steak ordered medium rare was cut into small cubes and was cooked well. The Scallops were very good! It took 30 minutes to get the waitress to bring my check. Wont be back until I forget how bad the experience was....I have a memory like an elephant.

Went here for New Years Dinner with parents. Was a bit crowed and they had some logistics problems getting folks seated but manager got thru it. Sushi was good, nice presentation had a few pices as an appitizer. Hibachi was cool to watch and tasted good.

Thus place is the closest to Manhattan wish I rest in the villages a little or I e.g. but good quality wish they had more choices but we understand the people here wont eat exotic sushi like in my, great staff too
