I had my childs 9th party here, called Wednesday and made reservations to 15 people , I needed the party room. I called again the day and said I needed the party room. I get there and they put 2 parties in mine and we had to split ours! They messed up the food order twice , and the party that was beside ours, then had the nerve to tell us the other party lies about them and never pays their bill, who does that? The hostess pointed her finger In my fave when I got upset that our party was in a different room! Then took 30 min for our bill so some of the party who had multiple times told them she had to leave, left. (Not to mention the same girl whos order they forgot) I am totally over this place for 100$ meals they should be more pulled together. Never again !

My husband and I came here for a date night. we sat at private seating, but we were able to watch the hibachi. people really seemed to enjoy the shows, the chefs appeared to cater to the individual groups. The sushi was amazing and fresh and when I spoke with one of the staff she informed me the tuna was shipped 2 to 3 times a week and not frozen. some of the speciality rolls other people ordered looked beautiful. my husband ordered the fried rice... it did take awhile to come out, but tasted good. overall, the service was slow (the place was packed), but the food was worth a return trip.

Very expensive.. I understand auto-gratuity... but we should have a choice.. Drink and food orders took forever.. The staff was really trying and our hibachi chef and waitress did a great job. I made a complaint to the "bartender" as we were leaving and she informed me that she would let herself know.. I assume she is the "owner".. with the economy and social media the way it is these days if I were a business owner I would try to act like I appreciated a large group of people coming in and spending a large amount of money.

I have been to Fusion in the past and it was generally a good experience, but I ordered some Spicy Salmon rolls tonight and it was SO awful that I will never again order from them. The salmon was minced into some sort of disgusting mush and it was so completely flavorless that I was feeling sick because of the texture and lack of flavor. On top of that they had put what seemed to be bread crumbs on the rolls. It was simply terrible.

Been to quite a few japanese steakhouses and this is by far the worst one. Service is laughable. For example they didnt give any veggies to me for my grill meal Im not kidding. Had to walk across room for soy sauce for sushi no one offered. Chef didnt care nor did mgr I informed. Food was avg taste n priced like most similar places. Stay away is my recommendation.

We stopped here on a Sunday evening as we were staying nearby and wanted steak. We were not disappointed. We went with three young children. The server and hibachi chef went out of their way to cater to the kids. The food was absolutely delicious. We all left happy.

Food and atmosphere is always great. The hibachi chefs are do a great job of entertaining or you can relax in the quiet of the secluded seating. Their Mai Tai drink is a knock out here. Definitely give it a try.

Went for lunch.. Several shrimp werent cleaned in my dish. Yuck! Messed up order also. No try to fix uncleaned shrimp and not a single refill in drink :( wont come back

Their sushi is good and offers vegetarian/vegan options. Other than those few rolls the restaurant as a whole offers nothing for vegetarians, let alone vegans.
