I am a veteran driver since 1989 and I have been here a lot of times. The so called fresh deli bar at the fuel island was really poor. First time I have got a cheese burger that has been on the line long enough to allow the cheese to harden to the bread like shoe leather, not saying I eat shoe leather. But I put it this way I will never buy another.I just thew it away in the trash can. The pizza was harden as well . I dont know what the answer would be. Maybe cook to order. Or let dennys handle the care y out. And just let the fuel desk handle cold service. Packs self serve. The customers are spending to much time requesting food items. That other drivers need for tranportation needs, fueling issues. Etc. Although I will say the the coffee is the best . This is just my thoughs. Parking needs to be double. Its a good local for columbus. the other 2 truck stops down the road 5 mile they are alway full as wel. Thak you in advance for allowing me to write a review.

Husband and I Stopped for a shower and food this morning, for some reason our shower credit wasnt showing up so we had to pay cash. They didnt offer team shower for price of one, told it was a perk of the rewards card only and he was going to charge us the price of two showers. ( We got 1 shower) It wasnt busy, no lines waiting for a shower but also no offer for the team shower out of courtesy either. Showers small, poorly maintained, and not cleaned well. Shower curtains looked moldy but I think maybe just stained. Toilet seat was dirty and fan/ceilings covered in dust... Good water pressure in the shower which made up for the dirty condition of the room itself. Positive note, good food on the steam table, and a Dennys inside!

Dennys - Weve ate here before, not a bad experience. Today was a different story. We were seated by the hostess, then we sat, we sat, and we sat so more. They were not busy at all and not once were we noticed as being there. 20 or so minutes went by and we noticed who we thought to be our waitress talking to some of her friends behind us. And if i knew her name i would post it, but she never got close enough to see it.Needless to say we walked out. So Dennys its gonna be hard to pay for the new remodel with workers like those that do not care. (BTW the remodel is very nice).

Dennys: Praise is always hard to find when seeking reviews so I figured Id offer some where it was due. My waitress Katelynn was excellent! Even though she was very busy my food all came out in proper order and in a timely fashion. My drink never went empty. Im glad to see that at least one waitress at a truck stop Dennys takes pride in their work. The food was also cooked perfectly so props to the kitchen staff as well.

It was fine. Waited til the crowds of people were wrong to get food at Dennys nice little way spot hidden in back to smoke. The guy cleaning the bathrooms (with all the tats)was cool helped with the busted lock for shower. Staff was nice, my waitress was great. Even if she didnt want to be. She made a good effort to please the few that were there. My food was better here than the last 3 js I have been to recently.

Service was professional and kind, store and grounds clean and well kept, the shower was great , clean and well kept. Love the water pressure, although it was some what small it was okay, food at the counter was good, breakfast and lunch or dinner items if you dont feel like going to a resteraunt, and hey, give Greg a visit in the Barber shop, he is a perfectionist, awesome hair cut, thanks

This USED to be a nice truck stop. Its dirty, over priced and under staffed. Some of the staff and friendly and helpful, most of them are rude. One has the tendency to wait till she has people in line and decide she is shutting down. Their bathrooms are gross and look like no one ever cleans them. Someone needs to do a complete overhaul of this place.

$10 to dump RV sewer, 7.50 if youre a Good Sam Member and $5 if you have a Pilot card. The water is broken at the dump station. There is human feces all around the drain hose area. Overall very disgusting. There was a guy waiting to get propane filled and he called twice and finally he just left. This used to be a nice place and now not so much.

If you want to pay cash for your gas, plan on being in line for a long time. If there is only one register open, it seems like a long line and wait as the cashier is serving a meal from the case. This seems like an inefficient set up. I would rather pay more for gas than to wait in line for at least 10 minutes to pay.

....NEVER EVER buy Internet here ! The signal is vary weak ! And these people rased the prices . Now u r paying $3,5 for one hour and $7,5 for 24 hours because they changed the system . That is true . Signal became weaker and price was dobled. U can not get your money back ! Dont make the owner reacher !!!

The cashier as a bad attitude the TV room needs to be swept and cleaned the laundry room needs to be swept and cleaned somebody needs to grab a broom my opinion go to the TA and spend the night overall the manager needs to be fired because you cant control his help to clean this place....

Has 1/2 chicken Has meatloaf 2 sets of restrooms Big drivers lounge Dennys Would have gotten a 5th star but doesnt have massage chair Also cell reception and 3g reception is almost non existing. Had to find different place to stay since that is how I am informed about my loads.

The Dennys here is one of the better ones the staff is very pleasant and the food presentation is what you are expecting. The bathrooms are a mess, broken toilet paper dispensers and empty towel machines. These last two things are becoming more and more evident across the chain

A close 2nd to the flying j outside Dayton Ohio. Nice people. Clean. The best truck stop coffee. Pizza is awsome for a truck stop too. Prices are reasonable and parking is ok, odd shaped lot... id rather goto a flying J if i have the choice. Wish there were more of them.

I absolutely love the Flying J its a great place to go theyre very friendly and very fast especially in the mornings when its busy and youre on your way to work so I definitely recommend this one because like I said theyre very quick

They dont have fast food , I wish they had subway, its important to eat healthy while u on the road, lots of showers which is good thing, big parking lot , fuel pumps gets so slow sometimes , about 15 minutes just to get 50 gal
