As a frequent patron of Popeyes chain, this one disappointed us. All chicken and chicken strips were room temperature. And they had waaaaayyy too much chicken cooked so they were making any fresh anytime soon. Mashed potatoes and red beans and rice were both good as was the tea. Biscuits were also cold. Key ingredients werent up to the expected level. Just looks like management got too far ahead cooking, regardless cant serve room temperature food.

Popeyes done right! Cooked great and you get what you ordered! No forgotten sides, no asking for sauces and then them not being in the bag. Just a solid all around chicken joint. Its not rocket science, but its also amazing how many get it wrong. Not this place. Keep up the great work!

Truck stop prices. They do not honor any of the TV specials you see. Its $10 for a meal here. Just a ripoff compared to the stand alone stores. I love popeyes and drive by here everyday but I will not pay 2 to 3 times the price just because its in a truckstop

Closest Popeyes to Cambridge. Chicken is great, staff is always very friendly and the ambiance doesnt matter because its connected to a sbarro/truck stop/country pride buffet. If you want Popeyes and dont want to go to Columbus this will do you just fine.

I didnt actually order from popeyes but while I was standing in line at Sbarros I saw and heard a few orders get messed up and that was enough for me to know... Dont eat there... I thought that alone was worth a review of my own.

The biscuits were phenomenal--you can see that sweet butter baked into the upper crust!--and the mashed potatoes were flavorful. But, it could have been cleaner, and the employees more professional.

Restaurant lobby was nasty. Tables havent been wiped down and floors havent been swept. Cashier want rude but want pleasant either. Didnt get a receipt for purchase. Food was good.
