I have never left a review for anywhere but after my recent experience here, I felt absolutely compelled to leave an account of it. I stopped by for dinner on Sunday night. The restaurant was clean, the food was great, and my server was stellar. She even brought the biscuits before taking our drinks order!! Everything was so great I left a 25% tip. I am sure you can imagine my displeasure when I woke up to emails the next morning saying the credit card that I used to pay for my bill, which I have had for months but had NEVER been used before that, was used to purchase hundreds of dollars of gift cards from multiple stores that evening. Absolutely disgusting that you have thieves working there taking advantage of your customers. Hopefully not for much longer. TL:DR Stopped for biscuits. Left the victim of Identity theft.

Even though Im allergic to seafood, I enjoy coming here to eat the few dishes that I can eat. The service is fine, the food and drinks are great, and the prices are just right. However, this is the only location where you have to wait a long time before you can be seated. I find it ridiculous that on the weekends, which is the times I always come here, there are many empty tables and yet people have to wait over 20 minutes. Why can they hire more people on the weekends, so people dont have to wait and when they lose their patience, like me, opt for olive garden that is literally a few feet away. I have been coming here for years and that has never changed. So thats why I give them 2 1/2 stars.

HORRIBLE!!!! I came to red lobster on Feb 7 and it was gross. It was 1 o clock and no tables were clean yet the place wasnt packed. Then their staff was really unprofessional. One young lady had her kid running around the place while on the clock. She was sneaking food and socializing. Then when going back to work she swept the floor while people were eating. The food was garbage they sent me a burger that was burnt right along with the bread. The biscuits were overcooked everything was bad. Dont go to this red lobster at all!

Sophia was our server and she was a hustler,checking on us making her rounds back to us quickly. We had drinks and did not wait long to be fed. A good experience with lights down low. I came straight from work not looking too hot but the lights did the trick! When my husband and I come back, we will ask for Sofia. Oh, the apple martini was good too. The only thing that cracks my back IA sweeping while people are eating. I do understand it has to be done though.

So I tried to order and was put on hold twice. The first time she hung up on me so I called back. Only to be put on hold again. By the time they answered I changed my mind! I should have known it wouldnt go well when I went there to get a Take Out menu only to find that I had to google the number because THERE WAS NO NUMBER TO CALL ON THE MENU!!! REALLY?? My rating is for service. They get two stars for answering the phone!

Shannon was our server. She was very attentive and informative about the food choices and drinks. We waited around 20-30 minutes but it was worth it. It is a restaurant well organized. The food was beyond delicious and we left the restaurant very satisfied. The salad was fresh and the food was well done. Everything on point. Definitely a place to come back to eat seafood.

We went on a busy Saturday night and fortunately we arrived before the wave of people flocked in the restaurant. Our wait time was less than 5 minutes. We had great service and the staff was very friendly and proffessional. The food service was great, our waiter brought our drinks out on time, our food did not sit under the hot light for long. It was a great experience.

Terrible experience. Went there on a slow Friday to get take out. Arrived about 4pm was not acknowledge by any of the passing staff, 5 workers 1 manager. Two other couples were there before complained of the long wait and left. After a 25 minute wait I went to the bar where they took my order. Still waiting 50 minutes and counting..... this is the last visit here

Food and service is usually great. Last time I went the server actually attached a note to the bill saying she was trying to get a BRAND new car for her and her baby. I thought it was ridiculous to guilt trip people for tips....the person I went with was without a job...be grateful you have one and earn your tips the right way....

Slow service but my waitress was a sweetie. I had the option to not have my lobsters innerds cleaned out which is unique to this Red Lobster and I was happy about that. My only other issue for the 3 stars is they dimmed the lights as it got darker outside which I didnt like.

I was so happy when that place finally opened! Always loved the Red Lobster, the food is great and affordable and plenty. Two different dishes for lunch with their tasty bread, a salad plus rice or potatoes, what else do you need? Ill be back for sure :-)

The waiter was on point.. the food on the other hand, straight nasty.. how are you red "lobster" and the lobster is nasty.. I guess thats what I get for going to a red "lobster" for lobster, makes no sense.. dont eat the lobster at red "lobster"

Service was less than satisfactory. Took over 20 minutes just to get water and the waitresses was very rude and short mannered. The food was good,however not good enough to make up for the poor service. We will not be going back.

My family and I went to the Red Lobster on Central Ave, NY for a special occasion...half way through our meal my daughter asked what kind of bug was on the table, when I looked it was a ROACH...yuck!!!!!!! Never going back

The Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was not edible. Rather than a cream sauce, it was pure butter, no cream. terrible. disappointing. rolls were flat, no taste. we were there on 6/27/17.

2nd time at red lobster as an adult. Food is ok. recommend jumbo coconut shrimp. what made my day was that the server (shawn B.) was attentive poilte and quick. had a nice lunch
