I love and adore the food from Panda Express but I truly hate this specific location it clearly states on google and their website that they close at 9:30 I arrived at 830 and they told me that they werent making anymore fresh food that its whatevers left. The majority of the meat seemed it was there for a pretty long time and it looked dried and no longer eatable. When I finally got my food I say at the restaurant to eat and one of the girls there very rudely started to say "people need to hurry up because were closing" and then proceeded to start throwing soaped water throughout the floor while I was still eating my food. I understand the principle I wanted to leave on time and get home at a decent time but I also understand the principle of customer service so if your establishment has on their door and their website that closing is at 9:30 then your staff shouldnt proceed to do everything humanly possible to make customers feel uncomfortable to the point they cant enjoy their food in peace without having dirty soap water all over the floor to further emphasis that youre closing. The staff here extremely rude and disgusted by it.

Heard of PanEx from friends on west coast, saw it in the midwest, but didnt get to try it till this location. Perhaps Im used to great Chinese food from hole-in-the-wall take out spots, and the bar of excellence being set higher in NYC due to all the competition. But this wasnt a good first experience... Avoid all breaded meat dishes, as there is hardly any meat. The noodles seem dehydrated, and werent thoroughly soaked before cooking. Also it seemed that two workers were emptying out two tasty containers to fill a customers order, which I almost found impressive; it was their lunch break though and they wanted to beat us to it, lol. End of the day, given how many lower priced, better, local, Chinese food places there are, and with better service, I dont see this location lasting long. Great seating area, but the tables should be scrubbed.

Service is horrible, female worker delivers customer service as if she wish she didnt have an customers. Super slow service and on top of that once I got to the line more then 60% of the food selection was empty. The manager seemed to be the only adequate worker. So now not only have I waited an extended period of time with bad service but now Im forced to alter my meal because of their inconvenience. Please send help to this restaurant because I dont see it lasting very long.

This was my first time eating here the service was okay but they didnt help much when i didnt know the menu. The orange chicken was really good nd fried rice. My brown rice was uncooked and hard, sticking together. the chicken roll was so disgusting nd tasted like it was cooked in a wet old pot ugh..if i was to ever return it would only be for the chicken nd fried rice

I went yesterday at 9:40pm they are supposed to be open until 10:30pm but they had almost nothing cooked. The girl in the counter couldnt be more annoyed and I understand it was late at night but you have to give the same service than in the mornings. The new containers are really bad. By the time I got home all the sauce was spoiled in the bag. Last time I go there.

The chicken and beef are crunchy,and mind u I went three day in a row straight always scraps wen u get here, then they dont wanna make more,and then they say welcome to PANDA wen they feel like it, wont waste my $ there again, have more to say, but not gonna waste my time! It sucks ur local chi store is better

Though it is a chain nonetheless, this Panda Express is surprisingly chic in its decor. the food is good, however, it took quite some time for me to be served and checked out. I recall there being many of people waiting for their plates to be prepared. Also, the place gets crowded, unsurprisingly.

Update: 12/16/2016 They are short staffed: One person serving food, drinks, and checking out. Nothing like when they first opened. Its aight. Good selections. You can sample everything. Little pricey. Servers are heavy handed with the rice and chow mein, but light handed with the entree items.
