If 4.5 was an option I would give this place that rating. Weve been going here for the last few years and were pleased with the food and service. Like most people on here said, Im not sure if I would opt for delivery because it does take much longer than just going and picking it up. Theres parking outside of the facility so I would prefer to just go pick it up. They make the food fast and its usually good. Every once in a while the food isnt consistent but most of the time were happy. The ratings seem mostly for the service of delivery, and since we dont often opt for that I cant attest to it. The few times we did do delivery, weve never really hard problems with attitude.

Worst food service Ive ever encountered, I have ordered 2 times this past week, and both times the delivery driver made me come outside and walk Atleast a block down the street to meet him, I thought I was getting my food delivered to me, not picking it up, and last night the delivery guy decided he didnt want to come to my door, made me rush outside and cursed me out for taking longer than 2 minutes. I absolutley do not reccomended ordering food from this place. The food is not good, the service is awful.. EAT SOME WHERE ELSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

The fried rice was dry almost as if it was old and scrapped from the bottom of the pot. Both of the times I have ordered from here they told me one price on the phone and a different one when they got here. The drivers are rude and they dont even ask for a tip they just take it by not giving you your change. I wouldnt recommend eating here. I suggest ordering from tasty house. They have a much wider variety of food from chinese and japanese culture, better food, and all around better service. They only have higher prices.

I had a special delivery this afternoon. The guy asked me to come outside of my building ....in the street to get my food. When I said no he came to my door and told me that next time I will have to come outside because its hard for him to find a parking spot. He was pointing his finger at me shouting "no more food for you next time" all my neighbors could hear him. I had to close my door so he could stop. The End

Worst food and worst worker ever because they give me the nastiest attitude with me. I let them know they have a very nasty and nasty look at me. I dont play like that and I will never go there ever again and Im letting everybody know not to go there ever again. Be careful with the people at this store.

Rib tips had more bones then anything no one was in there and it still took for ever for someone to ask me if I need help.And no napkins paid for more duck sauce and he still gave me one prices are higher them most Chinese places.

Food was excellent!! I ordered for a delivery (just myself) and they came within 30 mins! Food was so good I had to stop to put in this review. They are great everyone. I have made this my new chinese spot

They sent me my food with no forks or napkins. On top of that when i asked them why they didnt include these items, they said around dinner time you have to ask for utensils
