HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! We had the worse experience ever!!! We arrived at this location around 4:30pm on a weekday and was greeted by no one. You would expect that there would at least be someone to greet you to the establishment. After finally "flagging" down a server 10 minutes later we were seated at a booth. The booth she took us to was dirty with trash underneath so we picked another booth. After a few minutes we were greeted by our server Amber. Her customer service skills could use a little touching up. She failed to let us know what the restaurant was out off until the last minute. Amber finally served us drinks and took our appetizer order. We ordered a small size of wings and told her we would give her the rest of the order after we received the appetizer. After that we never saw Amber at our table again. After waiting for about 30 minutes too long I got the managers attention. I made a complaint that there was no way 10 wings should take that long and that we would be leaving. The manager offered to pack our wings to go but we declined the offer. We were at this establishment for an hour and all we ever received was a cup of water and our sodas. We definitely wont be returning to this location.

I decide for Super Bowl 50 to preorder from this location. I have dined here on other occasions and would agree with other post. The food is great but the service was subpar. However I called in advance no answer (mind you this was around noon). We arrived around 1pm. As soon as you enter the restaurant it was empty with barely any patrons. There were more staff than customers. One member of BWW stood out she was wore a purple hoody. She stood out for extreme arrogance and bulling ways. She pummel her way threw me and my significant other. She didnt say a word no excuse me nor sorry for her actions. I was told by manger were I could or my food for take out. He walked us to the bar and took a interest in our take out experience. We spoke to him about our initial interactions and he expressed a deep apology on behalf of his staff and willing to rectify it by take out order himself. We order extra large 40 piece of boneless wing he suggested that it would save us on our over all bill plus we order street tacos and he added some chips and salsa as well. So Kristian Garcia if you reading you deserve the five stars for his overall managerial disposition and we will surely return.

My 1st time there and the food I had was very underwhelming ...I ordered the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and the mac was dry, pasty and hard and the buffalo chicken was clearly reheated and way too much buffalo sauce ...my appetizer sounded a lot better on the menu than what it turned out to be when I got it ...I ordered the chili con queso dip with nachos and the chili had 1 bean (yes 1 bean), so the flavor came from chili seasoning I guess ...this dip was not hearty at all and I only got it because according to the menu its a customer fave!! ...My mother had the wings without sauce and they just tasted oily and unpleasant ...oddly enough for a place known for its wings the double bacon cheeseburger my sister had was pretty good and very juicy ...the fries were whatever (nothing to write home about as they were very generic tasting) ...we did however get a free dessert for waiting so long to get our food and that was delicious ...they gave us the dessert nachos with the cheesecake balls ...Now I will return again because you never know I might like it the 2nd time around and if I dont than Ill know not to return!!

Showed up on Saturday for the Mayweather Berto fight. It was packed and my fault for showing up late, as there were no seats. But there was standing room. I ordered food and ate it off of a counter. The food was comparable to Applebees or Fridays. It was decent. Since I did not get table service, I can rate the take-out service since I was in that area and observed that operation. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I noticed several workers (Haydee, Elizabeth, Noureen) providing excellent service to customers, double-checking the packed take out orders with customers and fixing any problems quickly. The security guard was very nice and allowed me to check if there were open seats at the bar. After standing for a while one of the take out employees checked to see if there was any seating room, anywhere. And the hostesses were very polite. Also the valet was just a tip, no fee which is a plus. I would definitely go back to this location, even on a packed fight night.

By far the worst experience at a restaurant and what a shame because of how much I love their wings. Took almost 2 hours for a party of six to get a total of 30 boneless wings & nachos. Our waitress seemed angry with us because they kept getting our order wrong. The place didnt seem too packed but she told us that the kitchen was backed up, I dont know about you but I can fry 50 wings in less than 10 minutes. I felt bad not leaving a tip but after what I witness this place needs to close down and get their training in order. The whole restaurant seemed angry even a baseball team who have been waiting over two hours for food got it on the house because they were contemplating just getting up and leaving. At this point I dont see how they are making a profit. I would give zero stars because giving one is very generous of me.

I usually dont review restaurants but this was beyond bad service. The restaurant was almost empty. We got sit right away. After 20 mnts sitting, my husband decide to find out who will be our waiter. Finally someone said that he will take care of us but left us waiting another 10 minutes just to take our drinks order and not to take our food order even though we told him that we were ready. We had to wait another 10 more minutes so our order was taken. After waiting anothe 1/2 hour our order finally came but wrong. When we explained the order was wrong, the person who served it said that she had no time for this and gave the paper to the waiter very angry. The waiter was clueless of what happened. By this I was starving and had to leave bc I dont have time to see by when theyll bring the order right.

I think the military had a easier time finding Osama bin laden than I did finding a waitress that was helpful. Our waitress was Jaya and every time we asked for anything she would disappear to go chat with coworkers then would return without what one asked for and then would leave again to finally bring back what we requested(e.g drinks, napkins, etc..) We waited an hour to finally get any food and in that entire time our waitress did not come to see us a single time. And when I accidentally spilled a drink on myself youd think shed at least bring a napkin or something to help me with my accident but I did not receive any help what so ever even when she clearly saw what happend. Horrible wait time. Horrible service. Horrible waitress and mediocre food.
