Id like to start off with the fact that food at Panera in general is good, cant knock that down. However, at this particular location these are the things that want me to stop supporting them completely. 1. Filthy dirty plastic trays they put food on. Those trays are never properly washed and you can clearly see it. Honestly its just disgusting, especially because they put the panini sandwiches either on a tiny white paper squares which never fit on it and they are either half way or all the way on those dirty trays. Its winter now and there are fruit flies galore in this place. 2. Dirty metal spoons. Seriously, they are just dirty, if I came to someones house Id be embarassed to eat with spoons that have grease and some residue all over them like at this location 3. Tables are always dirty too, you can rarely see someone cleaning the tables after people leave 4. Tomatoes in the sandwiches they serve are always yellowish in color, they are not ready to be served at all I honestly hope someone from corporate office reads this review and puts the location to the level. The employees are friendly, the food is amazing....the breads are great. Love their bagels. The only reason why I gave a 1 star is because the manager who is a black lady, she is very rude. She yelled at my friends and I coz we were sitting at a particular seat, she wanted to close the register and go home, but experience at that store could have been better if she walked upto me and kindly say " will u be able to sit on that side near the door, we wud like to clean here". That would have been nice. But instead she chosed to come yell at us and say I need to clean this area and close regiaters with an attitude on her face. It was so rude, she ruined my whole experience in that place. I will never come here again. I like the other manager who is a wHite man, wears glasses. He knows how to behave. Its just that black lady who has light eyes that is rude in a discusting way.

This place gets packed quickly so try to order ahead of time using the app or online. There are no ipad kiosks to place an order instead of waiting on the line. There are a good number of outlets here for laptops. I love their iced green tea and the autumn squash soup. Its definitely worth it to become a panera loyalty member- you get one free pastry every year on your birthday, redeemable for about 3 weeks after your birth date; and once in a while after about 6 visits you receive a reward on your account. I like the pick two and the sandwiches. The bread is baked fresh daily. Try to cinnamon raisin loaf: you can ask to have it cut into thin or thick slices. It is fantastic!

I come for the free Wifi....and the amazing tomato soups. I am seriously addicted to their tomato soup and bread. There is something about it! The place is usually crowded, but if you find a seat -- its hard not to also sit there all day... I always go to this place when I am catching up with a friend I havent spoken to in a while. This is definitely one of those places where you will not get looks for staying long. Just be courteous, okay? :) Probably 7 hours is not a legitimate amount of hours to stay...

As an employee as well as customer at this Panera Bread, I enjoy my experience here. The food may be a little pricey yet the quality of it is excellent. The staff may make mistakes as it is in a shopping mall and there is a lot of traffic, but we are always happy to fix any mistakes with a smile on our face. As a cashier I try my best to remember the Usual customers and greet them warmly whenever I am working. We want guests to Feel at home when they eat here.

Horrible experience it seems like manager in some girl that work somewhere around just ignoring customer In front of him and try to still some money from me its not much but its all counts then my order didnt have some staff that suppose to be there so what is it all about that say on the ticket if the order is not all correct we give you a free treat but when I talk to a manager hi still was in to some girl and just said sorry nice customer service keep up

Never been here before. I most try and theres no sings to tell the customer to form line to order, so is it was a whole mess, then the rudeness of the person whos name is Elizabeth she said she couldnt scoop out my bagel, cuz they dont do that, I was shock. So I decide to leave the place, really u cant do that it doesnt take more than a min. But they shall focus on the customer . Horrible experience, never go back.

This place is good for their BREAD, BAGELS, AND PASTRIES, all over stuff is average or below. I ordered the Thai wonton soup...my god...wontons felts like they were cooked by chef Mike (microwave) and the broth looked like water gather from the dishwasher...taste wise it was blend...like a chinese take out soup. Blue berry bagels were GREAT! Stick to their bread and pastries u will be happy.

Ordered online and waited for 20 minutes and realized that they didnt bother putting it on rapid pickup shelf and food was just sitting there at back shelf. And on top this guy (with a big curly hair coming outa his hat in the front) had no courtesy to even apologize once. After asking he just made a face and went away.p.s eating cold food now .

The staff here must dabble in time-travel. Thats the only explanation for why the coffee said it was freshly brewed at 8:10 but it was actually a few minutes till eight. DeLoreans aside, this location seems to run out of baked goods quickly & they dont offer the bags of chocolate chip cookies I readily locate at the Astoria & Bayside locations.

This is your typical panera dont expect anything more or less. I just put 2 stars because they advertise free Wifi and I placed my order to find out the internet never worked and also they only let you work 2hrs or less during peak hours (nothing wrong with that) expect I never got the internet to work on the first place.

The ordering process is confusing. It might take you a minute to figure out where the menu is and how to order. Clean and quiet inside. Great place to catch up on e-mail while enjoying soups, breads, and salads.
