The people here are extremely rude. No hate to the waiters, they are kind, but the owners are super disrespectful. If you are younger than 65, they will attempt to kick you out of the restaurant while you are sitting down and eating your food. They act like they have no room for people, but every time you walk in you can see the owners taking up an entire booth to themselves, using their laptops, so people have no room to sit in an already tight space. It is always crowded yet they insist on doing this. In addition, the food isnt even that great. A few weeks ago, they had normal sized pizza; Now, they sell extremely thin pizza that falls apart instantly, for the same price! The crust is disgusting, and tastes like rock hard construction paper and perfume for some reason???? Very skeptical. They need to get this restaurant back to the way it was when it was Mr. Nicks. The owners need to be less passive aggressive when dealing with customers and provide us with the service we deserve.

Today I went there for lunch. I ordered a slice to stay and somethings to go. I ate my pizza which was brought over to me and I continued to wait for my order. After waiting for quite some time, I asked the lady about my order. She brought out a bag and gave it to me. When I reached my job, I noticed that part of my order was missing. I called back and they acted like it was my fault. As if I purposely left my order there. The man on the phone then stated that I didnt pay. I paid the moment I ordered. The woman that originally took my order told me she was alone and thats why it was confused. Meanwhile, she was talking to someone while I waited for my order.I had them deliver the meal, but felt that the service overall was terrible.

Worst service weve experienced since we moved here. The food came without the side order of fries and a serve if buffalo wings. When we called to ask when it would be ready, the guy in the phone said hed call us right back. I noticed in the meantime that there was another call on the other line and there obviously dismissed me. 20 mins later I tried to call back a few times since and no answer, it went straight to VoiceMail. And still no fries and no buffalo wings!!!! Poor customer service and a total rip off! I cant recommend this place to anyone. Dont bother wasting your time or money

From the time we walked in the tables werent clear. Short staff. I felt bad for the waitress she was swamped. I ordered a baked ziti Bolognese and my plate was covered with a huge blob of cheese. Bad presentation. The garlic bread was cold and the garlic and olive oil pasta was watery . Every dish was covered in cheese . Sad bc this place has potential to be really great which Im sure at some point in another "time" it was . People want quality not what worked in the past . Oh! And there was a roach on my seat that needs to be replaced with new leather.

Bella Notte Pizzeria is a pizzeria that provides much more than just pizza. This restaurant provides quality customer service, a mellow atmosphere and a superb dining experience. I work in the area and this is my go to place for lunch and sometimes dinner. Ive tried so many of their selections and have always been pleased. My favorite would have to be the Philly Cheesesteak with the Carrot Ginger soup for lunch. But I also love the Teriyaki wings and Chicken Parm.

We had a great dinner! I had the best chicken scarpiello that I have ever had! Other members of our family had fabulous eggplant parmigiana, gluten free pizza, gnocchi and ravioli! Everyone loved their dinners! The salads are plentiful, fresh and delicious!!!! We have had food delivered to home from Bella Notte but this was our first time eating there. We could not be happier!! We will be back often!! Thank you Ben for your gracious hospitality!

The food is decent, the owner is rude to his customers and even more towards his employees.. the place is small enough as it is and the owner takes up a section of the seating to himself which he uses as a makeshift office... and they are extremely slow, constantly mixing up orders and asking if you paid for the food yet

Ive never been inside as we always get delivery but the food is very good. The delivery isnt the fastest (averages around an hour) but I love the baked ziti, the pizza, or the calamari. Big servings too as I usually get two meals out of it. Cant speak to atmosphere inside but the food is great.

Great gnocchi, light and fluffy. A sausage sandwich with broccoli rabe was one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. And just nice people who give good service. Dont know why we walked by for over a year before trying them out.
