Waited twenty minutes for just tableware!!! Finally my wife had to go get some. The line for the salad bar stretched to the end of the restaurant and wasnt replenished. There was one tomatoe and no lettuce or spinach. The waitress was more interested in chatting with her friend at the bar. Someone else had to take our order, he got most of the order right! Forgot sides and wrong drink for my daughter. Waited another twenty minutes for the check. Terrible experience. Terrible service.Youll never catch us here again! Ps... Neither one of my kids got the dessert that was supposed to come with their meals so I had to get them Ice cream elsewhere!

I wasnt feeling that well when I went, but had to for my family, so take that to heart when reading this review. Ive only been to a Ruby Tuesday twice in my life, but..Im not a fan of the food. The server was nice and friendly enough--I have absolutely no problem with the staff. But the food is just...kind of bland. Nothing really STANDS OUT as a "Oh hey, lets go to ruby tuesday, they have ____ there." They have a wide variety of dishes, so I suppose no matter whos with you, theres something they can find to eat...but its very hit or miss. No issue with cleanliness in the restaurant whatsoever either.

I had lunch today 8-12-17 the service was excellent the food I enjoyed it delicious specially the ribs my husband had the steak and shrimp and he always leave his food I was surprise he ate it all and said this is the best food he had eaten in a restaurant and we always be eating out the Rasberry lemonade was so good and the dessert we had the apples pie crust with the ice cream the waitress she was very helpful Im very impressed of the excellent service at this location I live in Bklyn but I will return back.

Went to the Walmart right across the street from this restaurant. Called them to place an order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I ended up finish shopping in Walmart and went to the restaurant still on hold and only then was I able to place an order in the restaurant!!!!! Have been here before, the food is ok but apparently the service is even worse. Having no other option at the time I decided to order the food and wait for it. Pretty decent salad bar but if you have other choices, dont dine here!

The atmosphere is friendly and the staff friendly and helpful. The food is only OK though. The big positive they have is a great salad bar. The rest of the food seems old and fake. My mashed potatoes had a crust on them from being left under heat lamps and clearly tasted of instant mashed potatoes. If you want a salad, come here and get unlimited salad. If you want other good food, there are many places nearby.

Didnt like poor service n waitress very rude n management doesnt know how to manage the place right. They overcharge me on my food n then tell me that I cant share food with my family. I will never go there again n I dont recommend this poor place to anyone no stars to this poor run place every thing is bad there even the food I order a burger it was full of grease thats nasty.

ALWAYS great service and amazing food!! My fav is the thick PORK CHOP meal...always cooked perfectly with a sweet/little spicy delicious sauce and always grilled to perfection!! The SALAD BAR is out of this world!! Our new FAVORITE restaurant! In fact, we are going back tonight and bringing 2 friends to try it out!! 2 more hours...getting hungry just thinking of it!!

If there was a zero rating possible, i would have given. Support staff is terrible and non cooperating at all. Had reserved a table for 10 but when we reached, they said the table is available only as a 6 seater and 4 seater. That too at two separate stations. None of the our suggestions were heeded to. Seems simply not interested. Never again!

The food was very delicious and served by a spectacular young man . No matter how many times we called out to him he never seemed frustrated or impatient . I had the steak and it was really well done . It was my first time at this location and I was pleased . Will definitely be going back !

Sometimes when you order chicken at restaurants the sauce always over powers the chicken and the chicken is often bland but not here! I had the chicken with mushrooms (cant remember name on the menu) and it was delicious seasoned well and good portion of food Ill definitely go back again!

Just came home from dinner at Ruby Tuesdays. Great salad bar but the steak was awful. Eat something else if you go there. Skip the baked potato also. It was brown from being re-heated and we only went there at 5:30. Service was awful. Good thing you serve yourself at the salad bar.

The table service was nice, quick, and polite. The food was just ok. Unfortunately, the tables werent clean. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was overflowing with paper towels. The furniture is worn. Overall, the location was not appetizing.

The hostess (her name is escapes me) on Saturdays is super nice, and very friendly which is a huge plus when you have to wait a while for a table. I love their salad bar, and the staff has always been very accommodating!

Order a Mojito and it was awful, it was missing the main ingredient..limes. Waiter said..that how we make it here. Also requested a medium rare steak and it was Well done. Better for kids and seniors!
