Calamari was great, music great, fun charity event, too bad this night didnt have a happy ending. We had been happily drinking, dancing, and saw a bunch of bands there for hours, but by the end of the night, everyone was drunk, so I tried to order a bunch of food from the bar menu (not seated in the restaurant portion) to soak up some of the booze my friends had been drinking all night. When the waiter or possibly kitchen, mixed up my order of multiple tacos, and gave us the wrong (gross-looking, ingredients nothing like described on menu, way overpriced) cold, veiny shrimp tacos (wet undercooked veiny shrimp on some soggy lettuce and a tiny soft taco shell) for $6, plus a tip I had to stupidly already left), that I had ALREADY PAID FOR, the staff was just INCREDIBLY RUDE! After politely letting someone know about the mixup, they took away the untouched plates, but then never brought back the correct order, and disappeared for at least 15 minutes. Then my (drunk, hungry) friend got somewhat belligerent, (but who could really blame him after the terrible service and rude staff, missing food and money) , and when approaching the ?maybe manager? Or owner? and angrily (but not threateningly) explaining the situation, he was grabbed by *4! HUGE security guards and thrown out of the place while the rest of us were still trying to wolf down some food. When I quickly and apprehensively approached the owner, he didnt seem to think his staff had done anything wrong, and when I explained AGAIN that I had ordered and PAID for food at the bar which I NEVER RECEIVED, at which point, he pulled a wad of cash out of his pocket, threw $6, the price of only ONE of the MANY tacos I had ordered, and casually threw it into the sand at my feet as he scurried away into some employees only area with one of his 6 and a half foot linebacker type security guard. I left and wrong be going back. Ever. Too bad bc the first few hours there were fun and amazing, but then the SHRIMP HIT THE FAN!

Wow…a monday night with about 3 tables and we felt like we were invisible. The mgr/bartender was at the bar on her laptop facing away from the customers with tables behind her, while people waited for drinks. Waitress was hiding in the back. My wife was served cabernet in a water glass…waitress said the glasses were in the dishwasher. It is a Monday evening..4pm. Really?? What a big lunch crowd??..LOL!!! I think there was another "mgr" there but left(ran) around 5pm. He also was uninterested in the customers and seemed to wander around looking at god knows what…definitely not concerned about customers..He also had his back to the customers. We have never ever seen anything like it. We ordered Thai chili boneless wings which werent bad. The nachos were horrendous..the chips were softer than the chicken. Served in a plastic basket lined in aluminum foil. I give the place another 2 months. Anyone looking for waterfront property???

Honestly the manager was nice and gave us a nice discount because of the problems we encountered tonight. And the waitress was good too. But the kitchen tonight was a nightmare!!! The food came out wrong and took forever to get out in the first place! On top of that when they tried fixing the food they made errors on, it was still wrong. I order the fish taco, the steak taco and the cauliflower taco! None of them even tasted that good and they were not even hot. Barely even warm!! The only good thing that I got to try tonight was a single fry my fiancé gave me!! The fries are good but that is it! At least the manager was nice. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back. Wish I didnt have to give one star.

I may be slighted in my review considering Im a bartender at Bamboo Bar and Grill, however I invite you to come visit the outside tiki hut on the weekend where you can find me serving extremely happy couples and individuals with the 13 years of restaurant and bar experience Ive learned from. Live bands all weekend long in the outside tiki make for a great experience for families and friends looking to hang out and enjoy themselves. We have typical bar/pub food and I wont let you order anything I dont think is less than perfect. We have made changes throughout the menu and the staff - and would love to show you why I personally back my five star rating, Cheers.

Went out for an early Saturday night dinner and asked to be seated outside in the sand where the live band was playing. After almost 20 minutes nobody came over to greet us or take our order. We saw the waitress standing at the host stand hanging out and talking with other employees. At that point we felt completely ignored and my boyfriend went up and asked the host if anybody was going to help us. We ordered food and a few rounds of drinks which were ok. Service was consistently bad all night.

Absolutely horrible! There was a bug in my drink. I had the wonderful pleasure of sitting right where I can see in the kitchen! What a nasty sight that was! There are so many other places to eat on this strip...dont eat here!

Went on an October evening. Was sparse with customers but my group had a good time. We got nachos, tacos and wings. It was all delicious. Bartender was cool as well.
