My friends and I went there for my birthday and in general were pleased but left sort of soured on the place. The décor was appealing and all of the food was prepared really well. Service was generally good, however we found our waitress to be sort of snarky when answering any questions, often responding with "Like I told you......." This was not a huge deal until a mistake was made on an order. Essentially we ordered multiple plates and one never came. We had to ask multiple times and she never brought it. Other staff including what seemed to be a manager came by. Finally, much later, when clearly we had finished eating they were about to bring my friend this plate, but of course we were ready to pay the bill so she no longer wanted it. Instead of owning it, apologizing, something, the waitress repeated her "iike I told you..." and essentially made it sound like we should understand that not all dishes come out together. However, we had ordered 2 of this same plate at the same time and one was brought and not the other. Additionally, something else was on the menu instead that we had not ordered. It was a really nice dining experience however her attitude seemed unprofessional and the restaurant did not take responsibility for the mistake. The mistake itself was not a big deal but the response sort of turned us off a bit and made me feel that perhaps the next time I get Tapas locally I will head down the street to Mezon

My review if for the owner of the restaurant: Why is that you only respond to 4 and 5 start review - I see review from other customer talking about the food been very and staff been rude like: Amy Bondeson: waitress we had seemed very unwelcoming. Her tone seemed irritated and condescending at several. Nidia Soto: Tasty dishes but incredibly small tapas and pricey. You leave there feeling like you want to go somewhere else to eat because the tapas are just morsels and Karen Johnson, if you are going to respond to review you need to address all of them, not only the one you like.

The tapas servings are as expected. What we enjoyed most was caramelized pear, goat cheese salad. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant, as was the staff, with one exception. My wife asked about the bread pudding dessert. She stated to the waitress that she thought that it was usually served warm. The waitresses response was aloof and somewhat condescending, and stated "America isnt the only country that makes bread pudding and we serve it room temperature.". In actuality it was served cold, but nevertheless tasty. We will not be returning.

I love this place. They serve some of the best tapas I have had. The options are delicious and very well presented. The service is also excellent, they give you time to work out your order, and if you arent ready when they first ask, they dont then make you wait 10 minutes before coming back to check on you. The one downside is their limited opening hours. This place would be wonderful to come to for lunch or brunch, but theyre only open for dinner time. Well, worth coming when you can, though.

This was my second time at Ibiza. My first experience was very good with kind, attentive service. Tonight the service was attentive, but the waitress we had seemed very unwelcoming. Her tone seemed irritated and condescending at several points for what seemed to be no reason. This was an expensive dinner and I didnt expect to feel uncomfortable. I had worked in restaurants for years and my friends and I were low key and respectful. The food was quite good but I would not return.

I was so excited to try Ibiza on my one night in town, as it was highly recommended by friends. The website says theyre open until 9pm. I got to Danbury at 7:30, and when I called at 7:45 the gentleman who answered the phone said they were closed. Weird, as I could hear a bustling restaurant in the background. I guess Ill go elsewhere, and would recommend others call ahead to see if Ibiza is open before traveling to it.

Passing through CT on a snowy night, bound for New York on business, we accidentally stumbled upon Ibiza. Instantly surprised and delighted to find a friendly atmosphere, beautiful decor, and most importantly, great food. Simple, flavorful, carefully prepared - I am transported to Spain from my chair in a Danbury strip mall. Have not had a meal like that in a long time. This place will become a regular stop.

A good selection of Spanish tapas, the octopus and salt crusted sea bass were soft tasty and tender. The large range of options and specials sheet make this a great place to come back to without getting tired of the options. The owner is passionate and greets everyone. The TresLeches dessert was as good as Spain. A trendy design adds to the tapas style dining.

Wow! Our friends who live in Danbury took us here -- said it was the best restaurant in town and they were right! As authentic as tapas Ive had in Spain, great friendly service and cool decor. Long bar with mesmerizing twinkle lights embedded in it. Hard to pick but I think the grilled squid and the flan were my favorites.

Excellent tapas, wonderful variety, everything very well presented and delicious. The owner came by our table 3 times to make sure everything was okay and he was wonderfully gracious, thanking us again when we left. We were only passing through but I would recommend this to anyone who has a chance to visit.

Fabulous food. What a joy to have this restaurant in Danbury. The owner is incredibly attentive, the staff is well trained, and so pleasant. This restaurant pays attention to the details and wine pairing without any pretense. Great place for vegetarians and non-veggies together.

Amazing food, and I cannot say that enough. Great wine selection and mixed drinks. Clean, organized, and overall a great place to get reasonably priced tapas. The first time I went there the waiter was a little rude but that is the only bad thing I can say.

This place is really authentic if you are looking for a real Spanish tapas place. Service was spectacular and the food was delicious. A bit pricey but the authenticity and deliciousness is worth it.

Great food. Excellent service. Slightly higher prices for the tapas but not ridiculous. Remember it is tapas so the portions will be small. Had a great time in this nice romantic place.

Now these are some authentic Spanish tapas! I absolutely love this style of eating, with small shareable portions. My only gripe was that the portions were very small for the price.

My boyfriend and I have been here three times and have loved it every time! I havent been to Mezon Tapas (across the street) since the first time we tried Ibiza. Try the pulpo!!!

They brought the wrong wine. The octopus tasted like chorizo. The salad looked wilted and dry. The coffee was cold and they over charged us. The service was just okay.

Drove by this place and decided to make a stop. Well worth it! Prices were a tad high but the tapas are delicious and the service is superb. Definitely a must eat!
