This is the worst Buffalo wild wings location Ive been to. The place really needs some love. The lighting is terrible and its very dark throughout the whole place. The best thing about this location is that its very big so theres definitely some potential for a great bar and restaurant, but it seems like the owner/manager has just stopped caring. The service was competent but not very welcoming or friendly. The food however was on par with other locations, it tasted pretty good. But the amount of sauce on the wings was disappointing. Overall it was fine, good food, just a bad environment and rundown place. Update: I have since returned to this location and the waiter I had this time was great unlike my first visit. Everything else was the same.

Ordered for office lunch and what was to be 4 large boneless orders was one order split. Called to correct and was put on hold for 4 minutes, hung up and called again and was put on hold for manager, hung up after another 4 minutes. They could have remade the order in that amount of time. Horrible service. Did not care they messed up. Seems like a common occurrence. Worst yet it sounded as if it was the manager that took the order and messed up then did not answer the call. Ordered there often...will not again. Sad that customer service is missing. Food is great but you need to back it up with service.

Theres plenty of TVs and the foods pretty good but they have the shittiest service youll find anywhere. I almost considered rating them a one just based on their terrible service alone. They wont start serving you until about 15 minutes after youve been seated. My friends and I would always come here for lunch between classes but the service just got so bad we couldnt take it. We literally waited 40 minutes once after we came in but no one came to our table, not even to get us drinks, so we left. Hopefully you get lucky and get the one waiter who actually knows how to do their job but i wouldnt bet on it.

we did party reservations the tables werent even ready. when they put tables together they were even clean, your arms could stick there. waitress couldnt answered any questions, she went to ask someone and didnt come back for a while. manager was kind of rude and in rush to leave when we even didnt finish talking to her. wings were ok. i was very disappointed by this place. i wouldnt recommend going there.

I visited BWW in Stamford , CT downtown . The experience was terrible. I ordered wings and received very stale wings which must be cooked long time back. Complained the same to the waiter , he replaced them with other plate of wings which taste the same but with more sauce this time. The service is also not up-to the mark. I discontinued visiting the place since then.

The food is normally excellent. Tonight must have been a crazy night in the kitchen because the food came out horrible! I must say that when I called to complain, they were extremely apologetic, offered credit for the mistakes and were gracious in offering to make it up! VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! Would definitely go back.

It used to be a good place with decent service. NOT ANYMORE. The staff is slow, rude, obviously not trained or they just dont give a f... The place is also DIRTY, tables are filthy, napkins on the floor. Food is so not what it used to be. I bet if anyone calls the health dep, this place will be shut down in a heartbeat.

Every time I call in an order, the person on the phone always says "itll be ready in 15 minutes". 15 minutes later, Im waiting for a half-an-hour. If I go dine-in, the food will be ready in the same amount of time. Both scenarios, the food comes out cold and tastes microwaved (not fresh). You can never win.

I love buffalos nachos..so we ordered nachos with only chicken as topping for takeaway..bt Straight two times we got wrong orders..first time they added chilli and then forgot to add chicken..gave two stars as they agreed to refund the amount..disappointed..!

Food was good horrible service. Seemed annoyed when I didnt want to sit in the bar area. Took 15min to get a server. Wings came out in a timely order. Once finished it took 10min to get a check and another 20 to get my card run.

I agreed with Gumba below. The hostess was very discourteous. I just called them to order 18 wings..but not sure why she is so angry and RUDE... My wife wanted to have their wings,, should i blame my wife..it sucks on Sunday.

We always do the boneless Thursday. The boneless wings are great with many flavors. Our favorites are mango habanero, spicy garlic, parmesan garlic, and asian zing. You can even ask to try the flavor before you order :)

This place is awesome for fast lunch between certain hours. If you want lunch around 3 your food might not be as good as 12-2 pm. Also its good place to watch a game and hang with friends at night.

I agree - the wings are great, but they crank the music way up and you cant talk to anyone. The music selection is bad and the only saving grace are the wings. Why do they let idiots run this place?

In a sea of culinary options, this is another choice for hungry patrons. Typical wing options from mild to suicide sauce. Try the dry spice options as a nice change from the typical sauces wings.

I love beer and wings here. They have lot of sauce combination for the wings. onion rings and potato wedges (with desert heat) are awesome too. They have a good list of cocktails as well.

Terrible Service. At LEAST 3 servers walked by and didnt even seat us. Waited for 15 Minutes and werent even seated. Just went to BarTaco next door, much better choice than this.

Best wings in town. Always clean and very up to date. Still have to learn a lil bit on service, but in overall a great place to go and watch ur game until eating the best wings.

Good wings. Gets busy and service can get slow when that happens. But never had any big issues with quality. Staff mostly friendly too.
