horrible food. i am Italian and can cook these guys under the table. i went there and ordered a dish i do not usually cook at home. two of my friends ordered the same dish. first the portions were inconsistent, second the dish was loaded with chunks of garlic. i love garlic but do i want to eat that much? NO... So I send it back. and order a different dish asking to go easy on the garlic.And i get a flavorless dish that i just wrapped up and and took home, A friend of mine warned me about this place, stating the kitchen was filthy also. i will never go back!!!!! Italian resturants are a dime a dozen and should stand out period. This place is popular for there pizza i assume caused the dinners are sub-par at best. And pray you do not get food poisening the next time you eat there.

Me and my wife have been going to cafe gio for years amd last night we had the worst waitress she was unprofessional and dirty and forgot our salad and we ordered food she put in wrong order for my wife but we said forget about it we didnt get want to wait for another dish and she didnt even check us to see if we were ok..she was to busy talking and cursing with this other waitress .her name was tricia never have her and avoid her..this is the second time we had her and she is a trainwreck..owner should be advised of her..otherwise great food and nice atmosphere. .ask for one of the guys they are both great..but i actually would stop going there if she served us every week..

I ordered a chicken dish with eggplant and prosciutto. There was only ever slice of eggplant, and the one, very thick slice of prosciutto was so tough I couldnt even chew it. I think the waitress to bring me another slice of eggplant, as there should have been more anywY, especially considering eggplant is a lot cheaper than chicken. The food tasted no better than any pizzeria on the Island. Also, the owner shook hands and said hello to all the guest near me, except me..I guess he didnt like my attire.

Me and my husband order the clams casino(i usually dont try new tbings but my husband makes me and it was worth it)calamari and rigitoni al vodka they have big plates and it was delicious last time we order lobster ravioli from ginos on deer Park Ave and we got about 4 raviolis for 18$ I was pissed it was good but not for 18$ so Im so glad we order from here now I know where to order from now on.thanks gios it was great!!!!!!

Every time we go into cafe gios, the flavor of the pizza is always the same. The quality of the pizza never changes, plus the staff is very nice. Me and my girlfriend go here almost every day and get the chicken bacon ranch and shrimp pesto slices. Everytime we get those slices its alwasy the same flavor and texture. Theres no good or bad days when it comes to their pizza, its always on point. Love cafe gios!!!

Easily one of the prettiest "casual Italian dining" restaurants in the area. Friendly servers. Monday & Tuesday pasta specials. Includes house salad, garlic knots, dessert and coffee. $12.95. Rigatoni a la vodka is excellent - but HUGE. If you get it, consider sharing. Or not. ;-) The "drink of the week" appears to be a Salted Caramel Martini. Sounds delicious.

This place is garbage. I came in one night for the pasta special, and let me tell you, you get what you pay for. The service was lousy, the music was too loud, and the food was either cold or stale. I would complain that the portions were small- but it didnt matter because I wouldnt eat it anyway. Oh, and my kid prefers Lunchable pizzas to this.

We eat here often. The food is great and the service is always friendly . It is a neighborhood pizza/Italian food joint. The menu is diverse and there are dishes I have never had any where else. The fresh mozzarella with prosciutto and roasted peppers is wonderful and the Chicken Danielle is great. Overall.. an enjoyable experience every time

My family and I went for dinner at Cafe Gio and had a great time! The food was great, we had the appetizer sampler, a pizza pie and a sicilian. The waitress was so helpful, we had lots of requests and she was eager to meet our every need. The atmosphere was nice, the service perfect and the food delicious, this is our new spot!

Ive been to parties there and get take out. Their staff is awesome, always a friendly greeting when I come in, like my business to them matters. The food is great too. Garlic knot pizza, unreal. Chicken parm is also another favorite. They are a little on the pricey side but what I get in return is worth it.

This is the only Pizza place I will go to in the babylon/West Babylon area... delicious pizza needs quality ingredients, so its understadable that their slighty more expensive than the other places in town... personally i would rather pay an extra dollar or two and actually enjoy what I am eating.

Went there tonight and the waiter sucked. Odered 2 peronis and they only had 1, they also ran out of cannolis. He told the table next to us they had no more garlic knots, but as we walked out they had them displayed in the front counter. Very disappointed! !

Good pizza but service is horrible. Waited over an hour when they told me 20 minutes. Pretty sure the guy behind the counter was stoned but his haircut was very neat so I guess thats what counts. No apology for keeping me waiting either.

I cant get enough of their house salad dressing!! Ive got a little problem with a sliver of cheesecake being a nickel less than a glass of wine. Im still dying to try their garlic knot crust pizza though.

Waited a long time for lunch; mine was ok, a hero. My wifes salad dressing was bad. She finally got her panni; it was good, but it fell apart. She walked out. Not a happy camper!!
