Meh. The food was ok but the service was pretty bad. None of the employees I came into contact with were very friendly. No one smiles in this restaurant. My server greeted me by asking me if I was ready to order. The look on my servers face was so mean that I felt like I was imposing just by being there. It really depressed my mood, which was really good when I walked in. I ordered an entree that came with unlimited soup and breadsticks, and the soup was the best part of the meal, but I only got one bowl, despite having ordered a second. A food runner brought my entree and I waited till it started to get cold because I really wanted grated cheese and breadsticks with my meal, but my server was nowhere to be seen. The server finally showed up when I had 2 bites left. I used the little machine on the table to pay my 32 dollar bill and leave a 15% tip. I am hiking The Vermont Long Trail and I came into town to resupply on food and have a large, awesome meal, I was pretty excited about it, the Olive Garden delivered neither. I walked over to Burger King to get dessert... This was my first and last trip to the Olive Garden. Without "unlimited" soup and breadsticks the food is way overpriced for what I got...and I left hungry and nonplussed. I wish I had gone to the steakhouse down the street, because I am going to be eating dehydrated food till I am done with the trail, and my experience at the Olive Garden was very unsatisfying.

Vraiment bon restaurant, toujours un excellent service. Le personnel est souriant et acceuillant! Ce petit resto italien offre une grande variété de pâtes et il est même possible de créer son propre mélange. La salade/soupe et les batonnets de pail sont gratuit avec le repas et vraiment délicieux! Cest définitivement un de mes restaurants américains préféré. Meilleur que applebees!

Today, Friday April 24th, our group of eight adults had lunch around 12:30 pm, at the South Burlington, Vt. Olive Garden. All eight of us were disappointed with our various meals, the soup was watered down and lacked ingredients. Our table received one bowl of salad for eight people, we had to wait excessively long for our entrees, the table we were seated at was definitely too small not having enough room for our utensils. The quantity (size of the portions) was extremely small. Overall, it was not a pleasant luncheon. It is easy to see why Olive Gardens business is falling off!

Olive Garden is dependable. Neither great nor terrible. We had a wonderful server who was very attentive and responsive. The food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I always have to drink a ton of water hours after eating at an Olive Garden due to the salt contained in the food. I am not slamming this particular location. The experience was fine and our local workers DID NOT disappoint.

Never again. Barely saw my server and when I did never once was I ask if I want a refill which my drink was empty by the time my salad came. What a joke. On top of that slow and the only thing endless is my choice never to go back. Couldnt even get desert all 3 things I wanted was a no and blamed on the food truck that was there before we arrived. But the man on the way out was quite pleasant.

Got out of the car at 4:30 on a Wednesday, no line, served at 5:45. Took waaaaay too long. Server mustve been new, very awkward and unprofessional. Food was subpar, but my kids eat anything. Every time we go here the wait is ridiculous, cant believe we got in with no one ahead of us and still waited an hour for poor quality food. Never going back. Ever.

Good waitress was decent and food is good but pricey as expected however I was sitting in the rear of the restaurant in the booths and though it is near the kitchen door and the noise level is understandable I do not appreciate listening to the servers playing grab ass in the back. I spoke to the manager he was very gentlemanly and was very professional!

Today, I decided to get a take out salad and bread sticks for lunch. I got back to work, opened my salad and found the salad was COMPLETELY frozen. Not to mention it smelt rotten and appeared wilted. I then looked at the bread sticks that came with the salad and found mold.. Needless to say I will never go there again. If you do, check the bread!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE crappy food dont waste your time or money at this location there are much better restaurants in the Greater Burlington area. We waited 2hrs 25 mins from time we sat to time we left with no appetizers or dessert ordered!! Tables around us changed guests twice! Was overcharged and waitress tried to keep our credit card. STAY AWAY!!

Food was ok. Server couldnt have been worse. 8 minutes into our dinner the check was delivered as well as left over holders. No mention of desert. Or anything else. Never been pushed along like this anywhere. May go elsewhere to dine and relax with my date after this experience. If I wanted fast food Id have done so in the first place.

The server is so bad I called for a order... the employee pick up the phone n ask what do I want... I told her I want spaghetti meatball and she kept asking me what do I want... she was like what what like she dont know what the hell im ordering and then she hang up on me... I recommend they need to train their employee

I see a lot of complaints about service, but that was not my experience today. My waitress was very attentive, and never missed a beat, even though we were kind of needy. Refills of bread, salad, and drinks came right on time, and she always had a smile on her face. I left from lunch, full and happy.

The fact that some people dare to call Olive Garden food "tasty" or "delicious" is an affront to taste buds everywhere. At this particular one, staff seem utterly miserable, food is clearly from cans or the back of the freezer, and frankly better and cheaper food is just down the road. Dont bother.

I like the addition of gluten-free pastas and vegetarian sauces, but I would like to see vegetable options with the pasta. The company I had with me didnt enjoy the lasagna and said it was dry. Over all I thought it was good. I had the pasta lunch special where you pick pasta and a sauce.

I love this place!! My husband and I loved the food, we had a great server and the atmosphere was relaxed. We were able to sit and enjoy our meal without being rushed. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience. Well definitely be coming back!!

Dont order to go!!! they always try to give you smaller potions and Jack the price up then when u go to try and make your order right they disagree with you. When you get your food home it looks like they put it together from everyones leftovers

Currently undergoing a remodel so some things are a little "undone". Service was attentive but not overbearing and we did not feel rushed as is sometimes the case in chains. Food was good, but I felt the portion on my lasagna was a little small.
