It was love at first sight. The atmosphere is so warm and authentic feeling. The lighting is just right and makes for a cozy experience. Its nearly impossible to chose what dish you will enjoy for the evening, but surely know that each dish is an experience of amazing flavors, and excellent quality... while every bite is a little trip to Italy! Prices are super reasonable and even for the extensive wine list there are very reasonably priced/well-rated bottles for all budgets. Living just across the pond (Lake Champlain) in the Adirondacks, Trattoria Delia always offers a memorable meal for a special trip to Burlington. I highly recommend this restaurant for anybody looking for a romantic or special dinner.

Any great Italian restaurant is going to be expensive and this restaurant was absolutely worth every penny. We sat at bar (which we had to make a reservation..call early), the bartender was awesome. We told him it was our first time dining there and we were from out of town. He seemed to pay special attention to us and making sure everything was great. I have to say that it was the best Italian dinner we ever had. The atmosphere, food and service were excellent. We plan to visit Burlington again and absolutely plan to go back to this amazing Italian restaurant.

My daughter and i went to this place after a local horse show on 8/14/2010 without reservations. The place was empty they stuffed is in the corner next to the fire place, The table was so small that there was no way to get two plates on it but they did. The lighting was poor I could not see the menu in front of me. There was another couple that came in after us and was served before us. The food was the worst thing i have ever eaten. I think i would rather eat out of someone elses toilet instead of going back to this place.

Had our anniversary dinner here but have been going here on and off for ten years. Every time I go I leave with feeling extremely satisfied. Beyond the food, which is amazing, the service is thoughtful and impeccable. We were waited on by 4 different staff, and somehow there was no communication issues between them. Truly remarkable and a sign that the staff are experienced and able to make a real living. Also at the mention of the fact that it was our anniversary, two glasses of Prosecco on the house!

Most likely the best meal I have had in Burlington. We started with the Calamari and it was very fresh and the pomodoro was excellent. I then had the Tagliatelle con Ragu and the sauce was fantastic and the meats extremely tender. I finished off with Brasato di Manzo. It was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. I would highly recommend this restaurant as the service is friendly and the drinks are quite tasty as well. If you are going on the weekend, be sure to make a reservation.

Ossobuco alla Milanese was terrible. All my wife and I could taste was rosemary. The meat was covered with it. The saffron risotto tasted like mac & cheese. Told the waitress. Said she would tell the owner. Came back 15 minutes later with no explanation, she just asked us if we wanted dessert. We told her not at which point she gave us the check. No apology. The chef should go back to school to learn how to use herbs in dishes. We dine out quite often and this restaurant we would not recommend.

Service was TERRIBLE. Had reservations at 8:30 didnt get back to the hotel (the garden ACROSS the street) until 10:30, was not overly busy either. Not to mention our waiter was snotty and forgot to give us our left overs. We tipped under the 20% usual due to poor service. When we went back to get our left overs our waiter RUDELY commented on our under tip. Will never be going back, I refuse to spend that much for average food and poor service. Bye Felicia.

I cannot help but mention, that the poor reviews, which contained terrible grammar and sentence structure are an unfair representation of this restaurant. We found the food to be very nice, and on the verge of being excellent. We had the wild boar with gnocchi, which was very good, but could have been brought to another level with a touch of salt and a splash of acid. The prices were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Best Italian spot in town. Been going here since 2008 when I first got to Burly and absolutely love it. The filet mignon is my go to dish and I clean the plate every time. Excellent pasta too (although everything they make is amazing). Cozy/warm atmosphere and very nice staff. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Havent been since the new owners took over, but hopefully they kept the menu and chefs the same - I think they said they would in an article.

One of the best restaurants in Burlington. Probably the best Italian restaurant in Burlington. Crowded, but worth the wait. I was here 3 times, depends on want your order, your experience may vary... The osso buco was out of this world. The gnocchi was also very good. But one time I had this whole fish with bones in it, it was very plain and not much flavor to it. Overall solid food.

I came here with my family over the summer. I was immediately blown away by the service and especially the food. All of their menu items were authentically made. I lived in Florence in 2014 and this took me immediately back to some of the best restaurants Ive ever eaten at while I was in Italy. Their food is phenomenal, if youre looking for authentic Italian, come here.

I went here last night for my birthday dinner because Ive heard good things about this restaurant. When I asked about their menu the waiter laughed in my face and recommended a fast food place up the street. I was very offended so I got up and left, took his advice to go elsewhere but i ended up at Pascolo which IS the best Italian food in town.

Amazing food, being married to an Italian from the Bronx N.Y. I have had some of the best Italian food over the last 30+ yrs. The Ambiance was soothing, dimly lit with the fire place lit. Myself and my kids went, had three appetizers and four entrees with two bottles of wine.....Reasonably priced, cant wait to go back next time we visit.....

When first walking in the door, you are greeted warmly and the setting of the restaurant is great. My meal was very good and aptly priced. Visiting from DC, the prices here were nothing but average for a good restaurant. The service was great and I would definitely go back/recommend this place to any of my friends.

We had a reservation for an hour before the place closed. The server was very pleasant. The appetizer bread was fresh. Draft beer was good. But the food was very very bland, and none of us liked the food. Ended up leaving very hungry. Now trying to find a place which is open.

I went with three other vegetarians, and I was skeptical based on the menu that we would be able to find anything to eat. We called and spoke to them ahead of time, and they were very accommodating. We were able to find different dishes that we all loved! A wonderful night!
