The workers are mostly college students (but that goes without saying, considering the location). But as a result, the service just doesnt stack up to other Chipotle restaurants in other areas. Service is usually slow (until a manager steps in), and portions are much smaller than what youd get at another location. Food quality is always great though. HOWEVER. My biggest gripe is the fact that EVERY single time I go there (which is usually just once a week) they are out of something. Sometimes its guacamole, sometimes its one of the meats, rice, or salsa...a couple times its been three things at once! They really need to get their stock in order...especially during the dinner hours.

On May 25, my family stopped here for lunch and had a wonderful experience. My son has multiple, life threatening food allergies and Chipotle is one of two places we feel safe eating at. While Chipotle is known for being allergy aware and have strong safety practices, I was so impressed and touched by how understanding and helpful this location was. GM Eric Tewes must be doing something right. The team that handled our order, Katie and Victoria, didnt even need to be asked to change gloves and take extra precautions. I just mentioned my sons allergies and Katie smiled and took care of it. They knew what to do. On top of that, the food was fresh and delicious. :-)

The last three times I ordered online I had to wait even longer for my food. The most recent time this happened everybody in line was served before my online order was even started, forcing me to wait an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time. A few months prior I had to wait 30 minutes past the pick up time for my food. To make up for it, the workers gave me "buy one get one" vouchers. Trying to incentivize me to give you more of my money does not make me feel better about standing awkwardly to the side of the register waiting for food I already paid for while everyone else is served before me.

Ive never written a review about a chain restaurant because one generally receives the same or similar experience among locations. However this chipotle is a huge exception- undercooked (rare extremely bloody steak) #ecolinobueno. The fajitas were burned and stuck to the pan yet the woman scrapped them up and put on em on my burrito. In addition the people are slower than slow, a constant line, generally incompetent attitude. At this point I would rather get a cantina bowl at taco bell and save myself.

It seems to be going down hill lately...they are always out of something...Once it was chips...next it was brown rice....then NAPKINS...are you kidding me? One time the rice was undercooked...Never consistent...some workers load your bowl, while others are skimpy with the amount they give you. The last time I was there, there was a note on the door saying "OUTAGE" they stated that they were out of some of the superior ingrediants! Im done...very expensive and not worth it anymore

Its not run well. Everytime we get food from Chipotle, it feels like something is always wrong or missing. Last time the milk in the kids meal was expired. Or theyre out of rice, or beans, or peppers and onions... Overall, we like the food (hence the reason we keep coming back) but its become an inside joke about what is going to be missing on the next visit.

Expect a que of 5mins at all times. The place serves fresh Mexican delicacies. Love the food the "Rice Bowl" there. It is situated right opposite University plaza (residence for Binghamton University students), so you can expect younger crowd there. The food is delish and is priced just right, so you ll be glad you visited this place.

Worse than average. I got food poisoning from the improperly cooked chicken from this Chipotle last year. I decided to try this place out again today, and I find that the brown rice is hard and not cooked properly. I have been to other Chipotle restaurants before, but I have never been this dissapointed with them.

My hubby & i have wanted to try chipotle for SO LONG & we didnt know there was one hiding right there in vestal! We were so excited, we waited in line for 15mins or so & got our food, for fresh ingredients it tasted so bland!! We dont ever plan to come back...

With Chipotle its either hit or miss. This place just opened and is very busy. What makes the location standout is the service we have received. The line moved faster than other restaurants in the Chipotle chain.

All of the staff was surprisingly nice (even with our 2 yr old) and all of the food was recently cooked. Weve been to 4 Chipotles in New York so far, and our experience here is by far the best.
