I love Firehouse but something was different today. It didnt think it had anything to do with this particular location, but the bread seemed smaller. Both shorter and very much narrower. There was still a good portion of meats and the same "warm steamed" taste but disappointing on some level.....

Food was good but I got my order to go and the cash register would not work. They had me wait 10 minutes after I received my food to tell me that I could go. Did not try to remedy the situation at all. Would have been a good experience if I didnt have to wait.

The girl at the counter was rude said they dont do free birthday subs anymore you have to sign up for some rewards program but amazingly you call 3 other local Firehouse Subs and they honor the free birthday sub deal.

Great Firehouse location! The managing owner Pat is a cool dude and always has my favorite shot sauce. Spencer knocked my engineer on wheat out the park and thanks to Brandy for a friendly smile!

They remember me as a customer and thats worth the trip alone honestly. The location isnt ideal being on that busy traffic corner but the staff more than makes up for it

Folks are nice, and dont mess up orders. Wish the location was easier to navigate in and out of though. All depends on route/traffic.
