Shouldve read the reviews. Do not go here. Me and a couple guys from work ordered 3 items, a med pizza, a pasta, and 2 orders of bread sticks.The card we used was declined and no one called us to see if we wanted to pay cash. Luckily, we called and asked for extra silverware, because our order had been voided and wasnt going to be sent. We told the person on the phone that we still want the order and will pay cash. She agreed and confirmed we wanted extra silverware, ect. An hour went by and we had not received our order. We called back and was told the delivery driver had just left. TO cut to the chase we waited almost 2 hours for our food, was told that it would be taken care of by Michael, the manager. after we TIPPED the delivery driver, he comes back and says the manager wants us to pay. We called the manager and he threatened to call the cops on us. Some customer service. and then a lady named Theresea calls, who claims to be the regional manager or something, and is telling us that we are wrong. Never ever go here. Seriously, save your money and go to Little Caesars. The pizza is better and the customer service is greatly superior to that of Pizza Hut.

When the pizza hut in Fruitland MD first opened, it was fine. But now its awful service.. One time we called after an hour went by and they lost our order and then it took another hour to get it; a total of 2 hours.... Then this last time we ordered over the phone, we ordered the "20" dollar box and the lady told us the total came to $30 and when we asked why it was $30 and not $20, she hung up on us before we could even pay ( we were paying with a card)... So we called back and they said they couldnt answer our questions on why the food was so much and she was completely rude... Needless to say we canelled our order and will never order from there again.

I would just like to say that Katherine at the fruitland pizza hut is the best thing that has happen to that business. I wouldnt of rated them a half of star before. I almost gave up on them. But after my experience this last time with her its given me a whole new out look. She gave the up most best customer service, she was awesome. Fast and friendly service and Ill have to say the best food Ive gotten. Thank you Katherine for your kindness and expertise. Ill be back with my business and look forward to coming in contact with you again. :)

Not the first time Ive visited this location and havent been pleased. They take forever even if you call ahead or place online. Took an hour and 1/2 to get one pizza and breadsticks. First one was 40 mins past the time they said it would be done and it was burnt. Asked for a refund but she said it would take 5-7 business days. Asked for her to put us ahead and cook new pizza and they did not put us ahead. Did however cook a new pizza. Would not recommend. Will not go back.

This place has the worst customer service. After placing a phone order I went in to pick up. After someone finally helped me(took my money) they went back to acting like I wasnt even there. Then when the manager came out and asked if Id been helped she went right into the warmer and got my pizza that had been sitting in there the whole time. Do yourself a favor and go to Papa Johns

Found hair in my dinner box. And cheese sticks where burned. I called to complain, then the manager gave me a $10 credit. So I decided to try it again but never got the credit. This is by far the worst pizza hut l have ever orderd from. I strongly recommend you dont order from this place, you will be disappointed. And the staff is rude over the phone.
