I ordered food today and was quoted $16 and change. Something told me to check my account balance. I look at my account and the price was more than they quoted so I did the math. I called to see how much they charge for delivery. There was quite a bit of difference after the delivery charge (he quoted me with two charges btw). The guy put me on hold and a lady answered. I told her there was a mistake in charges and I wanted to know why. I described my order and she said I ordered more food. I said that I hadnt (seriously arguing with me for 5 mins by this point) and that I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. She told me no and that I had to pay for my food! I said I wasnt going to pay for food that I didnt order so she said she would credit me the amount that I didnt order but that I have to take the food out of its packaging and give the food to the delivery guy when it gets to my house. So, some time goes by and she calls to say that she had added my money back on for the food that I didnt order. I wait and wait and wait... Nothing! The food never showed up. I tried calling them back at 10:30 (their closing time) and they wouldnt answer their phone. This is why I dont usually get delivery when I can go places myself. I happened to have a sleeping infant that I didnt want to wake up just so I could eat. I will never step foot in or call this place again. I am a girl that has worked in food business and this is BAD business. I just pray that my money is completely refunded.

Dont use your credit card at this restaurant. They will overcharge your credit card. Receipt will say one amount while they bill your credit card a different amount. Very dishonest! When questioned about it, the owner came up with a bunch of excuses until finally telling me the credit card company messed up and that I would need to contact the ccc about it. The owner said this happens all the time to them. Unreal! I think someone just wanted to make a few extra dollars. Sad they have to stoop so low. Save yourself the headache and drama. If you are going to eat here, don t use your credit card. I will leave 1 star because the food is good and cheap, and they offer delivery.

It used too be amazing but tonight April 24 , 2017 was absolutely horrible this is the 3rd time they did this too me I spent alot on my order for myself & my son & husband I got my food Im eating it I pull out a piece of hair out of my mouth I puked because it wasnt my hair!!!!!! I called them to let them know about it the lady said we made too many complaints didnt believe us , then said ok you give me my food back you eat it you cant take it back" I tried explaining to her she got rude said she was gonna call 911.. I am getting ahold of my lawyer & the health department... very unprofessional I heard this happened to quite a few people SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!

called and ordered takeout there for my first time two days ago and i got two orders of their lunch special for me and a coworker and it was AMAZING! honestly got there and my food was done like 15 mins after ordering..i walked in the door and the lady behind the counter was very outgoing and nice and then i got back to work with the food and its was amazing the eggroll was cooked perfectly and the general tsos sause was amazing and the chicken was cooked very well and honestly everything was delicious....so i honestly think this place deserves 5 stars and is hands down the best chinese take out ive had in broome county :)

Diabetic kid at home, we called and ordered his food, he loves sweet and sour chicken. Order arrives, I check his sugar, my wife (kids grandma) tells me they forgot his sweet and sour sauce. So she calls back and tells them that he has to eat and wont eat it without his sauce. Why should he! They said ok we bring up i. 20 min later she called back and told them the kid had to eat and we needed the sauce, she then told them it was a matter of life and death to see if that would make them bring it. They said we are too busy to bring it up, call the cops. Last time we order there

This is our go to for delivery. Their food is always cooked exactly the way we want it. They pay attention to any and all special instructions and the people who deliver the food have always been so nice. My only complaint is that we have paid extra for fortune cookies (we have kids and they love them) and we never got them. Ive done this twice and both times, no fortune cookies or like 2, even though we pay for (5?) Of them. No biggie, just a little annoying. We will continue to order from here as long as we live in JC.

I am disabled, so I put a special note in with my order stating I would pay extra to have the food delivered to my third-floor apartment. The delivery man called and demanded I come down to his car to receive my food. I explained that I could not do this, and he told me it wasnt his problem, that it was raining and he was not getting out of his car.

i love the food here and its very cheap during lunch special (11am-3pm). I think there sesame chicken, general tso chicken, beef and chicken broccoli is the best. It has alot of meat and less flour unlike the other places with mostly flour. The lady is especially nice to me because i eat their alot and always carry a conversation.

This company is horrible! I have placed 3 delivery orders in the past week an every time I get a phone call from a disrespectful child who cannot put credit card numbers in correctly. I then ask to speak to the manager and was just as disrespectful using language not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 to hear.

first of all food is nasty threw up on on the general tso twice and it is oversauced lady is very rude tries to charge me more saying i ordered extra stuff when i did not although the delivery guy when i ordered he says where is my tip like u dont ask for a tip

The lady 1 is very disrespectful and rude when you ask her questions she gets an attitude then hangs up on you smh and the delivery guy basically begs for a tip like this place is sad but the food is great their lack of customer service sucks

TERRIBLE! Ordered delivery and was told it would be 40 minutes. It took TWO HOURS and when we called they refused to give us a discount and blamed it on the delivery driver without even a courteous apology! Will NOT be returning.

This place gives you quantity and delivers, most do, but the food itself is not that great. It wasnt bad food by any means but it was kind of bland. There are so many Chinese places that it wont hurt to pass this one up.
