Its either hit or miss at this location. Tonight I spent around 10 minutes in the drive through. The girl on the speaker was so monotone and acted like she did not care at all. She made me repeat my order 3 times and then simply said $6.50, without repeating or making sure it was right. 5 minutes later I got to the window and was expecting to be greeted but instead the girl just looked at me and then said my order in a monotone voice. The girl on headset rang me up for a cookies and cream shake instead of a tortilla soup. No apology or anything, they all just stared at me and had no idea what to do. I always go hoping it will be a good experience but more and more it has not been.

While I typically enjoy Chick-fil-A as a better fast food destination, this one had some faults to it. They were messing up orders. I saw they mess up an order before mine and should have been more cautious on mine before I left. I paid for a grill chicken sandwich but walked out with a cheaper crispy sandwich. So I paid more for less and didnt get what I wanted. I did not enjoy the crispy sandwich either.

Ate inside with my mom and grandma. I usually dont like eating in fast food places, but it was pretty chill for a Thursday afternoon. Quick, prompt service and friendly employees. My only complaint is the floor was a little unclean but I saw one of the workers wiping down the tables after customers had left, so overall they do a good job of keeping the place tidy. Ill be coming back again!

I live in the North West, (Oregon) Food, the cleanliness of this location, and the friendly service of your employees is a testimony of Chick-fil-A Co. It was a joy to have lunch at this location. Keep up the blessings that your staff gives to customers. Awesome time. I will be back to this location again, and now will look for others. Great Prices too.

Chic-fil-a is on point. Its always busy here, I just pulled up for lunch, the drive thru lane was wrapped around the building. I spent a total of 6 minutes in a line that would normally take 20 minutes minimum anywhere else. The staff is always super friendly, rarely ever make mistakes, and the food is always fantastic. Chic-fil-a does fast food right.

Excellent quality food, clean dining area, & employees are ALWAYS polite. I love the taste of the original cfa sandwich, strips, waffle fries, ice dream & seasonal peach milkshake! I miss the lemon pie, potato salad, chicken-Q & the double meal box. Love how moms can order at drive thru then come inside & food will be brought to the table.

Every other fast food restaurant should take a page from Chick-fil-A. There customer service is second to none. Ive never been in a dirty store. Theyre a little bit more expensive than the other fast food restaurants, but Im willing to pay more for the exceptional service at EVERY Chick-fil-A.

Food was great but team leader was talking to a co-worker when we walked in.both looked at us but continued to talk before asking to help us. Felt like we were bothering her. A hello Ill be with you when she looked at us would have been nice. Never been treated that way at chick file A before.

Nice standard location but Im used to employees asking if you want drink refills or sauce refills at your table. Maybe each location is different. This one had normal typical layout with childrens play zone, food was expected, but I did have to go up front to ask for drink and sauce refills.

Ive never had a better fast food experience than this Chik-fil-a in Elkton, MD. Their staff smiles and they genuinely seem happy and mentally engaged. They are always friendly and polite without exception. No other fast food chain even comes close. Food is good too :)

A fantastic location. While almost every Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to is good this one is suburb. Very, very friendly. Incredibly clean. FRESH food (because so many other fast food chains dont understand). Would highly recommend going in to eat!!!

Its Chick-fil-A. Not good and not bad. Id never choose to go there but if Im with my mother in law and she wants to go there, I can find something decent. They keep the place fairly clean and its nice that they have the playground for kids.

Id never been here before because I DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD but my husband brought me as a suprise. Swearing it wasnt fast food. He was 100% right! This place is AMAZING. Delicious food, patient and kind employees. I cant wait to return!

Everyday I come here the line is extremely long. I waste my whole lunch time waiting in line. Everyone is very nice at location ,but its not enough after waiting so long in drive thru

Love their various chicken sandwiches. Mr. Catheys chicken recipe ranks up there with Colonel Sanders! The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant and the facility is clean.

I usually stay away from fast food. But I order the #7 which is a grilled chicken club with Colby, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Only 8 bucks with French fries. Good food
