I am shocked by how little these people care about customer service. My blood is boiling right now because of how I was treated. I placed an online order for delivery at 7:10PM, at 8:23PM I had not yet recieved my pizzas. I called and was informed that the delivery driver had already left and would "arrive any minute." 8:55PM rolls around and I had still not heard anything or seen any delivery. I called back and spoke with a manager who told me that the order had been cancelled at 7:15PM because they ran out of large pan crust. I was lied to, left waiting, brushed out the door like a piece of garbage. If I could go back in time I would punch myself in the face before ordering from these people. After all of this, I was left with NO APOLOGY at all, from anybody. I am hungry and my guests are unhappy aswell. I have nothing good to say about this place.

I didnt even finish making my order over the phone, the lady was completely rude and very hard to understand and wasnt listening to anything I was asking. Like seriously who hired this person, they have no customer service professionalism, she argues back at me because I asked a question, then insinuates that what shes asking, which is my billing info, is more important but yet I was not committed to even making a purchase. I was trying to see what deals they possibly had and I was rudely cut off and given attitude as if I was arguing when I wanted my questions answered not answer someone elses...

I tried to order some pizza tonight using a coupon code that I just received in the mail yesterday. The code for whatever reason didnt work according to girl on the phone, she then put me on hold to get her manager about 5 minutes the manger never picked up the call and then the phone somehow got disconnected. I called back the same girl then tells me her manager is busy and cant come to the phone and there is nothing she can do. Thank you Pizza Hut.

I used to love eating pizza from this location of pizza hut but today I ordered an all cheese pizza with stuffed cheese and when I received the pizza, I was so happy but then the pizza ended up with barely any cheese over the sauce and it was extremely thin pizza . This will be my last time ordering from this location . So f*** pizza hut bye forever now I more realize papa Johns are better So F****** guys

NOT TRUST WORTHY. Called to place a order for pickup. Paid using my credit card. Picked up pizza, no problem. About a week later I get a call from my credit card security watch asking me if I had my card and if I had tried to charge about $2,000.00 at a local Target. Should have never given my credit card number over the phone. Needless to say I wont be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again.

I dont know about all the whiney bitches writing reviews, but I can guarantee you, the butthurt customer is almost always wrong, and probably lying. Ive never had problems at this one, delivery, pick up, any time if day, even minutes before close when I go to pick it up from inside. Great service all the time for me

I ordered a pizza two hours ago, at 1 hour I called and they told me the pizza was on the way. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. This type of service is ridiculous and they have failed to prioritize their customer. Would give a zero if I could.

Ordered a pizza on new years eve way before they closed online. They say the card was declined and would say we would pay in cash and they never showed up when they called saying we would pay in cash. Terrible service

The best guy in the world makes pizza there and the customer service is friendly and efficient. Even if it wasnt the best customer service I would still order Pizza Hut pizza because its the best in the world

The cheese pizza was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, half of the sausage and pepperoni pizza was burned like that half was left in the oven. Delivery was 20 minutes past the 35 minute delivery window.
