The location in Niagara falls is clean, 15 min down the road in tonawanda this location the newer one of them is horrible. Went in there on a Friday night with my wife and daughter. The line was almost out the door and not moving. There was nobody cleaning tables. Every open one was covered in slop from the last customers. I had to use baby wipes from our diaper bag to clean the table. The entire time we were there not a single person was cleaning anything in the diningnroom or kitchen and the trash cans were all overflowing. Then I finally hit the place in line to order. 5 or 6 completely unorganized kids running the show. It didnt appear they knew what they were doing. I asked for 2 orders of 3 tacos the menu says you get a choice of flour or corn tortillas, they didnt bother to ask just put them on the press to be heated for literally 3 seconds. The metal taco racks werent even clean they had leftover food from the last orders still on them. Then she throws the tacos down the line and asks to help the next person. Watching this happen i start looking around the back of the kitchen, there are messes literally on every surface, the tables, the floors, the bowls and grills are all covered in piles of junk. Big wads of plastic wrap from opening things never made it to the overflowing trashcans, boxes open staked on top of things from the prep table, food remimants on the floor in every corner.i could see. The table where they make the tacos is covered in a thick film of hastily wiped off toppings and grease. The order finally makes it to the cashier and she has no idea what I ordered even though there are little stickers on the paper under every taco and has to ask me. I carry the meals to the table and head to the pop machine, its empty of everything but diet coke. Sit back down and my wife takes one bite and her taco is covered in hot sauce, but I didnt order anything with hotsauce so she heads up to the counter and they make her 3 new ones right away this was the only well handled issue. We will not be going back.

Whereas you know what youre getting going to Chipotle (food poisoning), Qdoba keeps things fresh with monthly queso specials. Their taco menu is a hit too, with 6/6 being good choices, 5/6 great ones. Once in a while the staff here arent great. Theres this one girl who worked on the line with a skeptical and condescending attitude. It felt like she was thinking, "Why are you here? Did you miss the turn for Chipotle and were too lazy to correct your mistake? Its OK, Im only here because Chipotle wouldnt hire me. You want to be there, I want to be there." It was really a weird demeanor, but other than that the staff here have been great.

Really Qdoba?? I get a salad with no shell and you cant fill my bowl with lettuce... you have me a small dressing half full and when asked for a little more dressing one of the girls days to the other employee " she has to pay for that" thats rude. Im standing right in front of you, you can politely tell me extra dressing costs more. There were 5 employees behind the line and only one was polite and smil r. No offer for chips or salsa.thus is why salsarotas is the best. Sorry thumbs down to another xrappy chain

A step above the others. We used to visit Moes but they went downhill, we switched to Qdoba and never looked back. Its a weekly ritual to stop here for lunch. They almost always hook you up with a lot of ingredients. Ive gotten sick of the chipotle game where they give you a half scoop of everything and shove you down the line, every time I have visited here the quality has been exceptional, the portions large and the staff friendly. As long as it keeps up well be coming back.

It was my First time here and I was highly impressed with my overall experience. The moment I walked in the restaurant was clean and well kept, the staff was extremely friendly and very nice. The food was served fresh and very well seasoned, even the music that was playing was great. I downloaded the The rewards app on my phone, was you get points for every dollar spent. definitely will be returning to this location in the future. Excellent service QDOBA thank you !

Its like Chipotle, only without the food poisoning. My numerous experiences here have been overall positive. There is a good amount of choices, everything seems to be fresh. Im only taking 1 star off because, as much as I do like the food, it seems to be missing some pizzazz. Maybe because I know its a chain restaurant, Im not sure. But hey, Qdoba is definitely worth checking out if youve never been.

A bit pricey but you get a lot of food. Though the staff has a lot on their hands because a lot of people want to try the new restaurant, the service was quick and the food was great. The only complaint I have is that the chips were wayyyyyy too salty and it almost ruined the whole meal for me. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

The food was yummy, but they seemed to be short staffed during their busy dinner rush. The tables and floors were dirty, I saw one person wiping down the drink area but then they disappeared. The lock on the bathroom was broken and there was miscellaneous black stuff on the floor. I would maybe do takeout next time.

Waited in line for 45min with 8 people in front of me. Way understaffed and way to many online orders they did not anticipate for. Once I got my food I could not be more disappointed. Terrible. Wasnt even cooked properly. Even chips were bad. How do you mess that up??

Food is great, service as good as it could be. QDOBA only had one person staffed for food prep/cashier so the line was excessive and worker overworked. Poor staffing will close this place a lot faster than it should.

Never had a bad experience at Qdoba. The workers are great, and the quality is fantastic. The A/C is always on high at this location, and at night, it can be a little uncomfortably cold.
