So sad, went one in a real city and the service and food were great. Went to the one in Rottenchester and the service and food sucked. Typical Rochester, a bottom of the barrel has-been city, to have a new Qdoba come to town and its run poorly and will probably close like most other businesses in this doomed rust-belt city. 30% vacancy rate at College-Town, no activity at the old Marios restaurant where a new Whole Foods was supposed to go but the self-defeating population fought it LOL. Only in a dying town like Rochester do the ignorant lead the way in PREVENTING growth. Any way, back to Qdoba. Went today wanted a healthy light salad. They were OUT OF LETTUCE LOL! NO kidding! A salad joint out of lettuce. The soda machine was out of 50% of the beverage selection. They were also out of Quacamole. Great start guys, youll have a vacancy sign in the window just like you deserve. Low class employees in a dying town. Buh-bye Qdoba!

Simple pricing, and great variety. This place is basically chipotle, without the organic foods options. Qdoba Mexican grill is a great stop to grab authentic TexMex food at a simple and low price. Food is prepped and served out an openly viewed kitchen, with well-mannered and courteous service. All options taste very fresh, and not over seasoned. They offer a great variety of ingredients and meats, as well as queso dip. They are priced similarly to Chipotle, but can be significantly cheaper as guacamole is not an extra cost. Overall, Qdoba is a great fast food restaurant, with decent variety in choice of ingredients and very simple pricing.

Comparable to Moes or Chipotle. If I had a choice, Id prefer Moes because chips are included, you get a wide selection of salsas, it costs less and has quieter ambience. Chipotle is Russian Roulette for food safety and the seating tortures if you eat in. Food quality is very good here. Chips are okay -- not sure if they are made off-premises. Freestyle Coke machine for drinks. Seating and restrooms clean, lots of parking. Somewhat loud. App is confusing and buggy, but it gets you access to a rewards program.

We needed a quick bite around 5 pm. Few customers at that time, the staff was quick, friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time, I asked for an opinion of nachos vs. tacos. The staff member was very helpful, stating the nachos were more filling and the tacos were a good way to try a little of everything. I chose the nachos and was very happy. The queso was a bit spicier than I expected but I still enjoyed it very much. Great atmosphere, comfortable and clean.

Very simple menu of tacos or burritos, however the flavour options they can come up with is amazing versus moes and chipotle. Add free guac to any dish and I am a sold customer. Staff was very friendly, good service, clean establishment. Staff was cleaning the prep area upon arrival and promptly stopped and began taking orders. They didnt seem upset or offended. Took orders and went back to it.

I didnt absolutely love Qdoba... but I didnt hate it AND Ill return in hopes of finding things I DO love. My visit wasnt a wasted trip . I did not enjoy the soft tortilla shells at all, but the various contents were good! Of nothing else, not eating the shells saved me some carbs

A little pricey for fast casual but absolutely delicious! The seasoning is miles beyond Chipotle. I especially like the tacos because you can order just one or mix and match out of the six or eight variations they have. Oh! and quac is not extra!

Ill never go back to that other place *cough* Chipotle *cough* again! Everything is cooked and made fresh. The people behind the counter are all extremely pleasant. The food is awesome. The variety in toppings is 2nd to none.

A great alternative to Moes and Chipotle. This location is brand new so everything is nice and there is a lot of seating. Prices are a bit high, but you get some great food especially the tacos.
