Horrible customer service, and very overpriced. We went in as a party of two, quarter before noon, and the restaurant was full but definitely not busy for we were the only ones waiting to be seated. The waitress literally walked upto a table where a lady was seating by herself with half full of dish and said "you are done, right?" And without the customer answering the question, started clearly up the table and threw the check in her face. We felt so bad just standing there because we felt like we were kicking her out from her table. After getting seating uncomfortably, it took about 5 minutes for us to get a menu. Then it took another 20 minutes just to get water, and because we didnt want to wait another 20 minutes to place our order, we placed our order while getting the water. I was so puzzled what was taking them so long to come around the table for the restaurant was emptying out since we got seated. Despite the busy lunch time, only two other party came in (1 person, 2 people). After waiting for over 15 minutes again, a different waitress came to our table asking if we ordered. So shocked that we told her what we ordered and that we ordered awhile ago to a different waitress (there are only two waitresses). Then I asked if our food was being prepared or if our order was not processed. Without answered the question, the waitress dashed off to the kitchen while hushing me with her point finger. About 5 minutes later, the same lady who hushed me with her finger came back asking if I ordered a dish that I did not order. I told her that I did not order that dish but I ordered something else. I then began to ask her about the status of my order but she again ran off to the other waitress. And another 5 minutes later, both of the waitress came to our table asking what we ordered, then finally answered my question confirming that our order was not process. We didnt want to wait another 20 minutes for our food so we left the restaurant very unhappy. It is now 12:45, an hour since we stepped into the restaurant, leaving without eating. Wtf. In the mean time, majority of the customers were all shouting for water, orders, checks, and refills. If you have loud voice and dont mind stepping over other customers and being rude while paying over $15 for a dish, this is the perfect place for you.

The food is excelent! Their Kahn poon ki, pork tang soo yook, boo dae jji gae and Jjam Bong are amazing! Also the bibimbap here is really good compared to ones Ive tried in NYc. Im not gonna say its the best restaurant ever, but just with how fast the food comes out (unless is the jjam bong and any jja jang myun, because they make their own noodles for these ones), and how funny it is to watch the servers run to get the food and come back its just the highlight, only second to eating my food Lol. The owners are a sweet old lady and her husband who work really hard (mostly speak chinese or korean). Theyre so nice once you get to know them, if theyre ever out of the kitchen haha. I eat a lot here. ^-^

there are not a lot of korean restruaants to compair to in upstate new york, but I had twentyfive years of of authentic korean food at home, so I know it very well. the cook here is among the best i have known. the Faire here is a mix of traditional korean and korean style chinese. take a lot of people with you because the best way to really enjoy korean food is to have many entrees and split them. the portions are big enough to share and the variety is greati recommend the ojing oh bokum a very spicy calimari stew over rice. service may be a little slow if you order anything with noodles because they make their noodles fresh on the premises when you order. they are worth the slight wait

Visited with my mother. They serve not only traditional korean food, but also koreanized chinese food. Both taste good. Quite pricey, but Dolsott Bibimbap is best.
