Traveled in from Rochester to spend the day at Destiny. Unfortunately chose Chicken Now for lunch for my family. Ordered $30 in food, while waiting for my order I got some ketchup cups from their condiment station. There was a squirt bottle of creamy sauce sitting by the ketchup so I put a squirt of that in one of the little plastic cups to give a try. The woman who cashed me out grabbed the bottle out of my hand and proceeded to scold me for using it. Really? I just spent $30 at your business and your going to flip out on me over a squirt of sauce that I took accidently because one of your employees left it out near the condiment area which made it appear ok to use? None of the other 4 employees that witnessed this flinched, must be the norm for their quality of customer service there. The encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, l lost my appetite, and I didnt want to eat the food I was stuck with. The chicken was ok, decent quality meat but breading was falling off. Fries were average. Mac and cheese tasted like nothing. To be fair, my 10 year old son liked it and said the chicken reminded him of Chik-fil-a. Such a lame experience overall and waste of money! Never again!

Just stopped here and ate yesterday while spending the evening in the mall. After we got home, my other half was violently vomiting thanks to a wonderful bout of food poisoning. He ate the entire meal while I wasnt as hungry and just ate my fries. I do feel a little sick, so we arent sure if its from the chicken (which only he ate) or the grandmas sauce (which we both ate, but he ate more of). My guess would be a combo of both. Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Especially considering we decided to eat there because we were drawn in by the free samples that were being handed out. It sucks that we live an hour and a half away from the area and our experience was spoiled by choosing to eat here. We were ok with the food being more on the bland side. We are from the south... nothing up here quite measures up anyway. But this is unacceptable. Shopper beware.

Their grandma sauce is good. However, this place is filthy and whoever owns it needs to fire the entire staff and hire some competent people. The lack of dedication to creating a clean and sanitary kitchen area is evident when you walk up and its glaringly clear in a recent health inspection of this place. Some of my favorite parts directly from the health report are "Establishment lacks paper towels at hand wash sink. Small and large cockroaches noted on wall behind grease trap and on grease trap and pipes below 3 bay sink." ~and~ "Ashes from a tobacco cigarette noted in rightmost bay of 3 bay sink. Employee observed rinsing a pan previously used to store raw chicken, in order to reuse the pan, rather than to wash, rinse, and sanitize the pan (corrected, informed employee to wash, rinse, and sanitize pan with bleach)." Disgusting.

I love their chicken tenders, white meat chicken, juicy, and crip. My son loves their grilled chicken with fresh salad. The service is great! After being there so many times, the friendly cashiers know what I like! If you like fish, you should try their fish sandwich. I think it is best in city, at least to me...

Quick service. Spent under $10 for a great chicken sandwich lunch. Really good quality food (for a chicken place in the mall).
