The service here is awful and one of the staff is rude and cocky.. We ask them if we can have the key to the restroom cause my brother have to use it and she said you have to purchase something before giving the key to us, wtf!! Can't you see we're browsing at your menus and my brother have to use the men's room at the momment, so I said ok.. We purchased a 13 pcs chicken, after giving our orders I noticed there's no gravy so I have to ask them if we can have a gravy and she's asking me to pay for it, so I look @ her and saw me going into a rage then just gave me without paying for it.. Men!! Don't go here, I won't recommend this place to anybody!!!!

Dirty, Rude, Unprofessional, Unsanitary 1. Walk in and the manager is yelling at one of the employees who was on a lunch break. That employee then walked back into the kitchen and made her lunch without washing her hands. 2. Every single table was dirty. Im not exaggerating. When I asked the cashier if someone could wipe off the table, he said he didnt know. Then ignored the request. 3. An elderly customer asked to use the bathroom. The manager ignored her and continued a loud conversation about the employee she was sending home. I was irritated every second I spent in there.

Just left this location..food sucked, management to correct it sucked. How can one company be out of so much stuff? All my favorite sides of Popeye chicken out? REALLY? No receipts? They knew I was going to complain..do POPEYES train their their employees to be so disloyal...rude and not to serve customers first is the question! Hood location with hood workers and you all want and rant for $15 an hour..? REALLY...?Im highly upset and this cant and will not be tolerated. BYE 4 EVER..I dont want my food replaced or money back. I am so done!

I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one said anything. I got to the window the manager was very apologetic! But all the soda didnt have carbonated so I couldnt get a soda , then when I got home I had no mash potatoes only one scoop and I had a large ! I been calling them since 2 its 530 now and still no answer I will never go again

The food is decent. Cajun Rice is a little weird. Tea wasnt real sweet and it was suppose to be sweet tea. Service was slow and horrible. No bag, he handed me my napkins and condiments separately. I had to ask for sauce. He did apologize for the long wait. I spent at least 30 minutes in drive thru.

This location need to learn to change the old chicken grease and serve FRESH hot chicken. The restaurant is filthy and the employees are unprofessional( they bring their children to work and sit them at the counter by the cash register where people are trying to order their food).

This evening was my first visit here the place was swamped i guess because the parade was expected nearby but the manager (Shawanda) remained calm.. courteous.. in control and respectful we dinned in the food was great and everything looked clean..we live in Franklin VA .

Got my daughter a 5 piece MILD chicken tenders meal, 4 of them where just fine but the 5th was a spicy tender. How hard can it be to get mild or spicy right? Check everything before you leave or you might waste your money. My food seemed not fresh.

The food is always tasty. But homeless people wander around there. The bathroom is locked, so ask for the key. Could be cleaner overall. Staff is nice. Plenty of parking, but need to traverse through parking lots in order to get to it.

Terrible experience... No fries, no utensils, no receipts, and they were trying to rip me off. Their drive through pavement was full of pot holes and the amount of time spent was rediculous. Will not be going back.
