I bought a bag of ice from them and the whole bag was mixed with a fine sand so every time I used it in my water it was like eating sand. At first I thought my kids had put sand in the cup so I tried it in a number of different cups and the same thing with each cup of ice. When I called to inform them of this they pretty much told me that their ice is perfectly fine . Basically refusing to believe that I was right. Im very disappointed in the customer service I received. Their food isnt good enough to continue to eat their. Especially if they arent willing to correct a possible issue.

Sonic is a fast food joint where you have a choice to eat at the restaurant, order through drive thru, and order and serve while parked in a space. We chose to eat in a parked car. It was my first time at a Sonic and I was overwhelmed by all the choice. I ended up getting a frozen lemonade, large jumbo popcorn chicken with Hickory BBQ sauce, medium mozzarella sticks, and a small Banana Creme Pie. The food and drinks were delicious. Im looking forward to returning to a Sonic in the near future.

This Sonic made a mistake, overcharged my debit card, never voided, charged again (the correct amount), and 2 months later I still have not received back the $29 overcharged. Contacted corporate and regional manager, and still no resolution. $29 isnt going to make or break me but Ill never spend another dollar at this place. 5 shakes and 3 sandwiches cost me nearly $60 because of the error. Dont waste your time or money here. They wont be helpful in resolving any issues that might come up.

Sonic can be hit or miss sometimes. There always seems to be a lack of consistency and a level of carelessness that leads to messed up orders, over cooked food, or poor service overall. If you catch the right employees at the right time though it can be ok for a quick bite. My standard favorite is the foot long chili cheese coney hot dog.

Good Food. I was just there 8/2/15 after our time at Refreshing Mountain. The manager taking our order was very kind to my father. Id turn down Boehnringers Drive in, which is in reading. On the upscale, do NOT listen to the people who are thinking Sonic is garbage. I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN FOR MY BROTHERS b-day.

Extremely spotty service. Sometimes my food comes out right away, and others it takes half am hour. On the days when the service is fast, the food is decent. On the days when the service is slow, the food is sub-par. I really only come here anymore for ice cream and drinks anymore because of this.
