Very quick customer service and very polite to me.I disliked coleslaw and they offered me something else AND my money back..Food was pretty good.Its not a 5 star restaurant as it is fast Food but for $5 got leg& thigh,mash potatoes,biscuit,cookie and med drink so cant complain! Wouldnt recommend coleslaw but overall was pleased.It was really hot outside was a nice cool place to relax and eat my lunch!

Food was Fresh and Amazing. Best Customer service in Syracuse and they have the most patience dealing with unruly customers regarding their reputation. If anything the Store Manager should be very proud to have such hard workers! 10 out of 10 :)

Horrible customer service!! Waited in line 5 minutes then they shut off drive through lights saying they were closed! Manager was rude. Never going there again would give a 0 if possible

Food is OK, place is somewhat clean, staff is nice. This location brings in a decent amount of traffic because its the only KFC in the city. Personally, I prefer Popeyes.
