Wont go back ever, not the first time Ive received cold chicken, my mistake going back after last time I ordered food, okay ordered drive-thru 8:20 weekend , check food in parking lot before I left, just because I had this funny feeling, the food was all boxed up and out window before I even paid, drove back in line, and asked did she have any hot chicken, no it would take 1/2 hour to cook more, , ready to close, I can take chicken, and give you the money back, you can come back another time, I thought really, come back another time, good business ethics. If I said that to one of my customers, I would not have a job.....

This place has the slowest crew ever. Very disorganized crew. Lately the chicken is very greasy And the service gets worse every time I go there. Maybe it needs a new management. I feel teamwork performance is a reflection of management. Table looks clean till you sit and notice how greasy and nasty they are. Plus they dont have a full menu. The menu had a sign stating that the doublicious combo is available soon. But this sign is been there for over 3 months. Darn it! Just put a not available sign.

We ordered here and ate inside and besides the small portions given by KFC, the presentation and look of the meat looked ill. Overpriced cafeteria feel to the whole experience. Nothing bad in place for the employees- it could be this is the product we are getting now from KFC. Yuck

Ordered my food. Finished it. Food was good. Staff.was.courteous... And then the manager comes out with his lunch...sits at table in dining area..and displays his "not from KFC" lunch. If you wont eat the.food...Im not eating the.food. I wont be back!

After waiting more than 3 minutes for the cashier asking me if she can help me. After I placed my order, she advise me that they didnt have that menu item at the time. Instead of asking if I want to try something else, she just walked away.

The slowest fast food youll get on 5th Street Highway. Nothing wrong once you get it, but I swear youll wait 10~15 minutes on average. Also, their drive-thru speakers have been broken and in poor condition for years.

Customer service is not that great here, I has to wait over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. All the people who worked here were just standing around talking to one another. The staff is rude as well

We ordered a couple of orders from here to go, we got back to the car, they forgot our drinks, our biscuits and our extra dips we asked for. Besides that it was good, I love KFC regardless.
