went to this location yesterday (nov 6 sunday).. this was right around 1230 or so. as we were walking up to the register, the counter person (younger male), did not greet us, almost seemed bothered that we were there. my wife actually had to mention to him about greeting the customer. after placing our order, we were not thanked, just handed the receipt. we waited nearly 15 minutes for our food. not once did a mgr or anyone for that matter let us know what was going on. my wife at this point was clearly annoyed. the mgr?? (terri) came to the front counter and said something to my wife. my wife turned to walk towards our table. the person that took our order said something to the effect of "what did she say". i then got up and went up to the counter. terri came back up and said that they were shorthanded (my response to this was not the customers problem). i told her that NO ONE said anything to us during that 15 min wait. terri then proceeded to say that " we were giving them a hard time at the counter". i told her (not very politely i will say ) that i just paid the kfc $25, and I AM GIVING YOU A HARD TIME?????????? R U SERIOUS????????? i asked her the dm name and number, to which she basically shoved the sign on her front counter at me and said there it is. got home and called the dm number that was listed. as of 9:00 pm tonight, i never got a call back. i guess this is how taco bell and kfc treat their customers. believe me when i say, dont go to this location. on the way out of the parking lot, the person that took our order was standing in their shed smoking something. this is a great image that i am sure taco bell/ kfc wants their customers to see. YOU HAVE GOTTEN THE LAST ORDER FROM MY FAMILY

Weekend of the Syracuse nationals car show and I stood in line for 25 minutes and when I get to the register the cashier was called to get napkins cause the despencer was out and get something else for another person. Mean while the manager was just standing there doing nothing but staring at the order screen.. then the cashier comes back I went to place my order and he tells me they are out of original and both the Krispy chickens.. Really . I said weekend that over 10k cars and twice the amount of people.. wow terrible planning.. they should have closed that location and kept the North Syr. Location it was way nicer, cleaner and better staff and the parking lot wasnt pot hope riden... ontop of that the floor was sticky and there was spilt drink in the walk path with no slippery wet sign or the lazy manager should have been out there cleaning it..

I ordered (1/22/17 @ 3:06pm) 2 Beefy Mini Quesadillas and got 2 Chicken Quesadillas. I ordered 2 Nashville Chicken Littles and got 2 plain Chicken Littles. Zero for 4... The employees were obviously in no rush to get things done, or get orders correct. This is why there should NEVER be a $15 minimum wage. These folks are not worth whatever they are paid NOW. There was only 1 person ahead of me getting a very small order and it took them 10 minutes to make my order. While I was waiting for my order a family of 4 came in and waited the entire time I was there before anyone even came to the counter to take their order. The drive thru wasnt busy and there were at least 4 workers on duty. I dont know how this location stays in business. I would have given zero stars, but you cant post without giving at least 1 star...

I would give less if I could. As many others have posted, I try to be extra nice to fast food employees because their jobs suck- however, the ones at this location do not deserve it. They screwed-up my order, made me wait 10 minutes to fix it, still did not get it right, and then made me wait even longer. And they were rude to boot! They acted like it was my fault, they screwed up. Just skip this one- if you really want KFC or Taco Bell, try North Syracuse instead. Employees are slow, obnoxious, and incompetent! (Quite a combination, eh?)

1st please make it easier for the cashier to opt out of a cookie in their screen and choose a biscuit, the cookies taste horrible and greasy. 2nd this place was EXTREMELY SLOW. 3rd half our food was COLD and we didnt get our dipping sauce so we had to wait to get that also. 4th every table was DIRTY...the floors were sticky and the bathrooms were unstocked and dirty!! Customer service was not bad ...stop over working your employees. You need more employees!! & More chicken in the mashed potato bowls!

I am very indignant with what happened today 7/19/17 in this establishment when the cashier named Juanita treated me and my partner in a racist and bad way saying obscene and grotesque words simply because he did not understand our order because both We are Latino and I believe that a fast food company so close to Latin food can allow the customer service to be so bad I would feel very gratified if people like this did not damage the image of such a prestigious site Ernesto and Yoelvis

Theres two reasons that I even bother going here: its close to my work and I can be there and back during my 30 minute lunch break, and its a combined KFC/Taco Bell, meaning I can get a biscuit or some coleslaw with my burrito. However: Very slow staff, including this giant galoot that "warned" me that the 7 layer burrito was vegetarian, and my order gets messed up 90 percent of the time in some shape or form. Also, the re-fried beans are not hot. Tonight may have been my last visit.

The food here is good. Not exceptional but the value for what you get is great. However this KFC/Taco Bell could use a lot of work with customer service. Ive seen lots of new employees here. Its like people work here for a week and suddenly disappear. I cant count the number of times Ive gone here and either received poor customer service myself or watched another customer get poor service. Plus they dont watch what they say in front of customers.

Hate this location! The sad part is, the two restaurants together offer up an awesome opportunity of a meal, yet the workers are so dumb. They literally messed up every single part of my order and get annoyed when you call them out on it. Stop smoking weed in your cars on brakes and let your brain cell count rise, for the love of tacos and chicken everywhere please stop suckling at life.

I have ordered from this location a couple times in 2017 and have had a bad experience each time. The employees are very rude and slow. They also cant seem to get the orders right. It is very frustrating when you try being really nice to the employees serving you and they act like you are a major inconvenience to them. No more taco bell on 7th north for our family.

Need to work faster and not worry just about the drive thur. When u full line a customer and they start walking out there is a problem. The manager needs to step it up and get the employees to work faster store number # g135344 need to step it up. Im a regular customer and you guy are about to lose my Business. Ordered three things and it took 25 minutes.
