Food was pretty good but the service was snooty and rushed. They made it obvious from before we ordered that their goal was to serve us as quickly as possible and turn the table. They literally overwhelmed us with visits to ask if we were done yet. Unlike other places where they might ask you if youd like a refill or anything else, they just kept pushing to get the meal done and ultimately (we were there about 1:45) asked us if we could get up and go to the bar instead - I will not return.

I know - its a chain and yada yada yada. But this Moes is still the bomb. SO much better than having to venture into the bowels of Penn Station to get your quest fix. Its always clean, theyre always friendly, and the seating is absurdly comfy for a fast food joint. Plus its close enough to Bryant Park to picnic-it if youre so inclined. And free chips and salsa, for the win!

Had Easter dinner here with my family and it was absolutely delicious. Everything seems to be made with the best ingredients and they have a nice selection of homemade pasta dishes. Cant speak to experiences of the other reviewers but everyone was very courteous and attentive when I was there.
