Ive dined at El Solar on numerous occasions, and not once have I been disappointed. Its simply the best restaurant in Newburgh. The delicious food, warm ambiance, and gracious welcome from owners and staff always make a visit to this charming place a memorable experience. Its a pleasure to recommend El Solar to anyone without the slightest hesitation.
