Horrible! I got the wrong sandwich which had old hard turkey, my soup was cold, and the bread was hard as a rock!! I was disheartened, I had been looking forward to eating food from Panera for months. I was highly disappointed. I will definitely not be returning.

A fairly typical Panera Bread, for the most part you should know what to expect. I was surprised to find that this location has not implemented standing electronic kiosks and that it still requires you to wait on a line and place your order with an employee.

Once again, there were not enough staff at the registers to handle the customers, no hot water for tea and one missing urn of coffee, not enough change in the one open register and one very flustered cashier who was either unable or unwilling to be friendly.

The customer service is amazing! First Panera bread that the food was brought to my family. All employees were friendly and attentive. The food was good as always and fresh. This location is clean and at a good location close to Woodbury common!

I love the food, but today they forget half of my order and the salad has rotten vegetables. I am very disappointed. I hope they fix the problem because it couple of times I get rotten vegetables in my salad.

The food has been steadily going downhill. The workers are polite and professional and do the best they can but they really need to hire a few more. And their once excellent tuna salad as of late has been rancid.

As usual, good food and polite workers. However, be prepared to wait a good amount of time. It was the slowest Panera I have been to. They definitely need to hire more people.
