On Friday, March 3, 2017 I was part of a group of ladies (17 total) celebrating birthdays. I have never been to Westchester Burger and this was my first time. We went to the bar area first because our party area was not ready and happy hour was still taking place. You get your drinks for half the price during this time. My friend bought us 3 drinks for 15 dollars ($5 each). We went to get seated at our party area and happy hour was not still over. I asked the waiter that I wanted to purchase 3 more round of drinks for my friends (since it was still happy hour) I would get them for half off as before. When he came back with the bill I was charged the regular price which came up to $29! i asked him, why am I being charged the full amount since it is still happy hour.. His response to me was that I did not mention that I wanted to buy them at the happy hour price. Really? I said that this did not make any sense and that if he can speak to a manager because I believe that I should have been charged half price since it was still during the happy hour time. He came back and said that there is nothing he can do and that I had to have gone to the bar, (the bar was not even 2 feet away) to get the drinks myself. (Lets keep in mind, I am at a table at a private party with 17 ladies and he is helping us with drinks etc. So I said, let me talk to the manager myself to see if he would adjust the price since, clearly there was no mention to any of us ordering drinks at the private event that we would be charged full price for drinks if we did not get them ourselves and why have a waiter asking who would like to order drinks without him mentioning to us that drinks would be full price if we did not get them our selves before happy hour is over?) So I went to speak to the Manager (Frank) and explained my situation and asked if he could adjust the price since it was a lack of communication etc. His response to me was very rude. He said there was nothing he could do. I said to him that that was not a good business decision because I am here with 17 ladies spending money and I know about good business decisions because I have my own business (We care about our clients at my place of business). His comeback, while I was walking away was "Well I have 5 businesses". Good for you Frank! I hope that the other 5 business continue to do well, but with your attitude and lack of pleasing the client, I believe Westchester Burger in Rye Brook might have its days numbered. (All previous business have closed at this location) The Moral of this story, as a business you need to satisfy your clients especially if the request is not an outrageous one and be courteous to the people helping you pay your rent. We paid close to $400 dollars at the end of the night!! Was the food good you ask? I ordered the half baked chicken with mash potatoes and vegetables. No flavor and bland potatoes. Thank goodness there was a salt shaker at our table that I was able to use to help save this meal. Will I go back you ask? I plan not to. So beware that if you go during happy hour for half price drinks, do not leave and get a seat somewhere outside of the bar area and expect to get your drinks half price because if you do, do not expect to get your bill adjusted as a courtesy.

My sister and I decided to have a surprise birthday party for our mother and we planned to have it at Westchester Burger and Company in Rye brook N.Y. The day was just wonderful for my mom and our extensive guest list. Vincent was professional and accomdating to our needs and requests. His staff was outstanding and efficient and the food from appetizers to the main course was delicious and served with style and grace. We has fifty guests and everyone was happy and delighted with every detail. I will be doing business at Westchester Burger and Company again Thank you Vincent!

Stopped in on a whim...no regrets! Im a traveler and have been on the search for out of normal. .extra something burger and found it here! Atmosphere is extra bonus! Gina was bartending and made me feel lime a regular here...very friendly staff and patrons! I WILL RETURN next time through...on my list of places not to drive and stop in!! Cheryl Gia

Went in for lunch and got the $10 lunch special: burger fries and soup or salad. Great deal! The food hit all the right spots and was very satisfying. Fries, burger and soup were delicious and Im happy with the cost. The place was clean and had a lovely atmosphere, and the bartender was attentive and friendly. What more can I ask for? 5 out of 5

Great looking restaurant, horrible service. Confusing menu with a million different options. The place was empty and our waitress had the worst attitude weve experienced in years! The manager we spoke to (Ryan) didnt seem too concerned and had a lackluster attitude toward the whole situation. Average food + poor service = Never again.

West Chester Burger Company was absolutely delicious. The food was outstanding, and the coconut margarita and Blueberry lemonade was out of this world. Ryan our bartender was was a very pleasant young man. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Food was very yummy. I had chicken and waffles and fried pickles. Chicken and waffles Ive decided was just not my thing although that has nothing to do with how it was prepared at Westchester Burger. Their fried pickles are awesome!~

Food was delicious, service was spot on, the only downside was the wait time for a round of drinks. 20 minutes is totally unacceptable. It appears the bar is understaffed, one bartender is not enough especially when its busy.

Went here for Mothers Day buffet. It wasnt communicated to us that drinks were not included. Buffet was robust and all the food was good and fresh but we got sticker shock when we saw how much the drinks added to the bill.

When I am in the mod for a juicy burger i head to westchester burger in west nyak. Excellent burgers, great fries, and good service, A liitle pricey for a burger but the tast makes the difference.

A classy version of the chain elevation burger. Best burgers around and everything taste homemade. I wish they gave more fries, but I shouldnt need more since the burgers are so big.

Had a Union party. It was fantastic! Staff was helpful and accommodating , since it was a cocktail party, the food chafers kept being filled. Loved it will come back !

Ate at the bar. The bar tender was very attentive and friendly. Built my own burger on a Pretzel Bun! It was awesome! Cant wait to go back and try something else.

Great burgers, really enjoyed. Their medium was closer to a well though. Lots of room in the place, had no wait on a Saturday night. Good draught beer selection.
