Would give 0 stars if I could. Not our first problem with this location, but will be the last. Placed online order. When arrived numbers were correct. Got home and out of 6 burgers not 1 was made correctly. They told me this is how its made.. I told them I chose other options s he said sorry they made it how its supposed to be made. I have my printed out order HOW IS MY PRINT OUT DIFFERENT.. Ill tell you its not. They didnt even offer to exchange the food I was not looking for money back I just wanted to eat my dinner. I will NEVER order from here again and I am going to let all the parents in my daughters school And every person I ever speak to about and sort of meal... the kid who answered the phone has no business working with people.. Almost $50 in inedible food.. I am DISGUSTED

Staff, food, and services are great, but overall the staff do not receive what they deserve. When you walk into this place there are two jars that quote "Tips, not expected, but greatly appriciated" as you think youre tipping the cashier for their kind services, you are actually tipping each employee only 10¢. They do not receive their tips at the end of the day, in fact, they receive them in their checks only half of what they are actually earning. Its very unfortunate that many kind people come into this place trying to give back for their greatly recieved services, but the Owner of the store does take a percentage off their tips which does not happen in most ocassions or businesses, as the prices in this place have also just went up, I think this is just a gesture of greediness.

After the movies 5 kids wanted burgers. We headed to Elevation. We got our food in 10 minutes. The burgers were way to greasy but had good taste. What really led to this poor review was the lack of service and management. Our milkshakes showed up once the meal was complete about 15 minutes later. I went to complain only to find out that the manager was sitting a table away from us, saw the whole thing and chose to ignore it. Because of the lack of management and poor decisions by staff we will not go back. Undertrained and overwhelmed staff will be the downfall of restaurants like this even if they taunt you with antibiotic free meat.

Customer service was friendly but we waited for over 15 minutes for our "fast food", to go. The fries were burnt to a crisp so I ended up throwing them away. My chicken sandwich was dry and my sisters burger was greasy beyond belief. I would give this place no stars if that were an option. I wouldnt even be as upset if the fries werent so awful. Literally, the worst fries Ive ever had. They were crunchy, unseasoned, and felt stale. Learn to make French fries for God sake!

The best Burger for miles! It is not too expensive, I think they have the best fries in the country, and the menu is very simple if you are an adult or kid will always have something you like. They have a veg Burger for the vegetarians so anyone can eat here. Just amazing in every way! If you are looking for a good Burger to go or sit down you got it. (The sit down is very very quick!)

The burgers are well prepared, with good taste. They have enough menu variety, for a burger joint. I compare it to a five guys burger place but with have better value. The prices are comparable to other burger establishments and the meat is organic. My hang-up was the french fries. They were to slim, very little, I could barely grasp them. I can find better fries elsewere.

Waited 15 minutes for a $20 burger that wasnt fully cooked nor did it have any flavor to it. Felt like I was eating cooked paste. I know Im not the only one since I went with 8 of my friends and we were all disappointed by it. Also gave me diarrhea. Needless to say, not coming back even if its the last burger joint on earth.

Decent amount of seating, but be prepared for a wait if you come here during peak times. Burgers are good and made with organic meat. Once you add toppings the burger gets pretty messy and hard to eat. Its good though. I like getting the founders no bake cookie as a side instead of their fries.

Burgers are great and 5 star, however people behind the counter could be a lot more courteous, hence the 3 star rating. I was there yesterday at around 4 pm, he was rude while taking the order ( but very nice to all his white customers) and missed side orders despite having them on receipt.

The best chain burgers period, and well worth it. Everything from the bun, bqq sauce, bacon, cheese, and the milk shakes all have this special im real taste to it which makes this whole meal even better. A must go to chain burger place before you die place.

By far the best burger in all my years. The grass fed organic free range beef is no gimmick. Id drive to the end of the earth and back just to consume another elevation burger. Personally, I would go with the Swiss cheese over cheddar.

Nice little burger joint, with some interesting burger choices. My favorite burger on the menu is the guacamole ranch burger its got a nice kick to it.
