We had lots of interest in trying this new burger place in Saratoga Springs, NY. It is another vision/version of an american classic among a rather crowded business space in a small tourist town. I ordered the CEO burger for around a $10 price point, along with the "CryFry" for around $7. My wife ordered the veggie burger for around $7. Our warm sense of anticipation was frozen quickly by the similarity of the staffs attitude and accumen for their jobs. The ice of personal angst thickened when they gave us the wrong order, which we only discovered when we picked up our order from the serving counter and returned to our seats. Upon realizing our order was wrong, a staffer also noted the mistake and came to our table to retrieve the tray of food . The staffer then tried to serve that tray of food to the correct customer, after we had handled it ourselves . Yuck. When we got our correct order, i was shocked by the smallness of the CEO burger, for which I spent $10 . (My wifes veggie burger was small for the amount paid as well.) Our french fry/onion ring combo ($7) was smaller than what you get for a large at McDs, at half the price point. It was topped by 3 onion rings . The resturant advertises itself as being a gourmet experience. If that means over-priced, small servings, then ok... If this burger joint is going to compete for my attention and burger-dollars, the company needs to put as much attention into making their food worth the time and money as they did in the great decor and big screen televisions.

The employees are consistently friendly and cooperative and are very helpful in all situations. The menu encompasses more than just basic burgers with the most notable being their BAD burger and their new Summer Pulled Pork. The managers and staff are attentive and immediately address all issues. The soda machines are innovative with the inclusion of their own Fi-Lime Fusion. There is a wide variety of sides and options to make your burger unique. Also the custard options are creative and delicious just as the burgers are. Their shakes are consistent and delicious (especially Jazzys Oreo Shake). Their limited edition shake (The Caramel Banana Shake w/ Churros) is very creative and unique to BurgerFi. One employee who I talk to and works consistently is Sean Jordan. Hes a very flexible employee who I see working at any time of the day (of course the whole crew is great). I have no complaints to express!

My husband & I were in town for the Chicago & Doobie Brothers concert at SPAC on 7/25/17....We checked into our room down the street and then ventured off to find a place to grab a quick burger and a beer. We stumbled upon BurgerFi because we had found an open parking spot right in front. We had never dined at a BurgerFi before, so we no knowledge of what we were about to order. LEIDA was our cashier. She was amazing at her job. She went through the menu with us thoroughly , and I decided on the Summer BBQ burger, my husband got a Double Cheeseburg with the fixings he preferred, and we shared a Cry & Fry basket. The food was amazing! We also purchased 2 of the Death Wish beers on tap , and they were quite delicious as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area! P.S....Give Leida a raise :)

Ordered two burgers and garlic parm fries... they forgot to get one burger and the parm fries had as much parmesan as fries... when informed they missed one burger, they made it quickly and brought it but forgot all the toppings.. no onions and no tomatoes only the lettuce. The first burger did not have the ordered onions. Cut down on the parm, its a topping not the meal. Second, verify the customers orders and verify it was made correctly before serving.

hi i"m Mr. fussy so youll get a true rating from me ..the burgers are great some people said they are a little greasy well then you are getting a real burger and not made out of wood plus dont forget theres 2 patties in them not just 1,the only thing i didnt like is that they dont have boylan ginger ale that was the original and best from boylan only reason for 1 star less.

Was really excited to try this place and was extremely disappointed. I have a common food intolerance and was asking the cashier if there was an allergen menu or any guidelines they could give me on how their food is prepared. Never have I felt so out of line for asking a simple question. Its unacceptable to treat someone so disrespectfully.

The tastiest burger I have ever eaten in my life. I also love the branding on each burger bun and the fact that Burgerfi supports local breweries and beer. One star off simply because the condiment containers are STUPID. Wide and thin... how am I supposed to scoop the ketchup when I cant fit the fry in the container. :)

Very lazy staff horrible at re stocking ketchup, messed up my shake, didnt give added mint garnish for special mint Oreo shake. Sean Jordan should be fired. A dog attacked while sitting outside and got made fun of by worker, horrible hash browns! Great soda dispenser, Keep up the good work. -Mike Sullivan

It can be a bit on the greasier side but it is way better than an McDonalds or Burger King. Good fast food, pretty but portions, and friendly (and patient) staff. It I very clean and has a nice vibe to it. I got some take away late at night, but I could easily see myself eating some lunch with friends there.

One of the tastiest burgers ive ever had reminded me of a burger place youd find on the west coast which is a huge compliment, fresh cut and hot fries as well as reasonable prices, the conflicted burger was to die for one beef patty one veggie and ive never liked veggie burgers but it was incredible

I have to eat gluten free, it isnt a choice, so when I ask you if you have gluten free buns I dont expect an attitude or an attitude for the entire order. I also expect as a customer that you look me in the eye and not at your cellphone. Burger was decent same service in my opinion as McDonalds.

Good food, had some hiccups with the service. My order came out piecemeal and they forgot my drink until I brought it up. I could forgive some confusion UI for it was busy, but I was the only one in line at the time. Still I would be willing to try them again.

My friends and I got dinner here and it was awesome! The food was great, it didnt take long, and the setting was very nice. The staff was very friendly and they give you a lot when you get a side of fries. Ill probably split with someone next time xD

This place is about 15* better than smash Burger. Get the original double burger it tastes just like in and out if youve ever been so lucky to try that. The CEO burger and the shakes and fries are amazing as well. Cant recommend this place enough.

My favorite burger place of all time. Burgers are great, fries are great. Only one negative, the onion rings are too big! Hard to eat them, otherwise they are awesome. Portions are large, get a family fries and literally share with your family.
