Decided to give them a second last try after about a 2 to 3 years of not visiting them because of poor service during my last visit. Unfortunately nothen has changed. We were sat next to a table with a family with little children. After they had departed a busser came over to start clearing the table. He then started making disgruntled noises and mumbling under his breath as he had to go under the table to pick up the condiment holder that was on the floor. Not something a customer should hear. Only the plates and glasses were cleared however the restaurant failed to actually clean the table leaving many food debris on the table, booth and chairs, and a lot of the floor. The area was left in this condition up until 10 minutes before we left. We ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and the potatoes were literally cold to the touch. It was clear that the mashed potatoes came out of a fridge and not even heated on the stove or a microwave. The steak tasted bland as if it was previously frozen. When the steak was brought out they forgot to provide a steak knife and we had to ask for one. The waitress forgot to bring the requested steak knife and we had to ask a second time for one. Another dish we ordered came with sweet potatoes fries however they forgot to provide the syrup that is supposed to come with it according to their menu. We also witnessed several other customers file a complaint with the manager on duty but we were too tired to say anything about our experience. The only two positives is the calamari appetizer was good and our waitress was very friendly. We will not be returning.

Severely unsanitary dishes and silverware, staff and management always fail to do a good job serving. A major problem in this restaurant lies in the age range of the staff. Most of the employees appear to be in their teens or early twenties. These kids take no pride in their work and do not exercise attention to details. The waitress was polite, but she did a poor job. We had dinner on the outside patio and she disappeared indoors. 30 minutes went by without seeing our waitress, and she never asked nor gave us refills of water. Once I asked the waitress for refills, she stacked the glasses onto one another, then brought the same glasses back, which is unsanitary. The silverware was dirty with food encrusted onto it. One of the forks had bent prongs. Food was encrusted into the appetizer plates. A busboy came out and whistled loudly and shouted "Hey, yo!". He then realized that we were sitting on the patio and apologized and said "Sorry, I was hollering at my boy." Great grammar! Management needs to improve, the young wait staff need training and guidance. This place has potential, if they make some positive changes.

Walking into this place was reminiscent of Home Alone II when Joe Pesci poses as a cop in the front entrance and the pizza guy is trying to find out who to give the pizza to. Total chaos. The hostess stand at this restaurant was a swarm of screaming kids, hustling servers, and confused managers. I should have turned and left then, but I stayed. After the hostess started to seat us, and then went to arrange tables elsewhere, we were finally seated on the patio where we waited for 10 minutes. The server never showed up. 10 minutes. Whoever is managing the staff here is better of finding another line of work. Your establishment is half full and you cant get a server to a newly sat table in under ten minutes? 6/22 at 8:30 after your Thursday night rush.

This place hit the spot today !.. I happened to be around Mt.Kisco and was feening for a burger, so i decided to search the web for some burger spots in the area.I was skeptical about going to Westchester Burger because of the reviews i have read on google.Thank god i decided to see for my self and Ohh my god !! I ordered their classic WBC burger and it was amazing, well done, well served, well displayed and tasty as hell ! Their customer service was on point and the food deffinately left me wanting more! I tried their Mozzarella Patties ( aka Mozz sticks) and it was out of this world. Please dont go by the reviews and take the chance and give the place a shot ! I will deffinately be coming back ! Thanks guys !!

The WBC, true to their name sake, makes incredible burgers. They also have a wonderful draft beer selection, and a great bartender. The environment is modern and clean, with comforting wood tones and accents. The service is usually very good. I took one star off because of the constantly pervasive smell of the commercial cleaning products they use. It smells like a hotel. My wife and I hate it, and will avoid eating there many times due to the headaches she gets smelling those awful chemicals. You can, however, get a drink and sit outside at a picnic table on their front patio. Thats our favorite thing to do there.

The best. To start, the wings are super crispy (the way they should be but are hard to find elsewhere). Now the burgers, they make my FAVORITE burger in the world and this is something bc I am a foodie...the LAMB BURGER; its topped with zucchini, squash, caramelized onions, and a rosemary aioli and is placed on a foccacia bun. There is no better burger. Fries come awesome and crispy. The waffle fries are great as well as the sweet potato fries with maple dipping sauce. If you are in the mood for something a little lighter, the chopped cob salad is awesome too. This is the perfect burger place!

In past months, it had been a pleasure dining at both restaurants. Not only was their service attentive, but the burgers were savory and amongst the best Ive eaten. Today, however, I received one of these said hamburgers and nearly hurled. I mean, it was pretty damn terrible. I noticed something was uncanny once I saw the brown lettuce and felt the warm tomato atop of the beef, indicative of them being too lazy to NOT warm the vegetables. Besides that, the meat patty itself was astounding...ly dry and on the verge of being raw. Absolutely deplorable. Theyve lost my business.

YUM. We had our rehearsal dinner here because we are huge fans or burgers and beer - EVEN the night before the wedding haha! I had never been before and I was not disappointed. Great separate room and space, great customer service and delicious food. We even snuck out to the bar and the bartenders were awesome and attentive as well. I am not sure of the managers name but I am pretty sure he was there as well and he was also great. I definitely want to head back for dinner soon!

This is the place I will go to for burgers from now on. Choice of type of burger- beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, etc. Any topping you want. Any bun you want- including a lettuce wrap. Just someone please get the station off of all country music. please.

It sounds like it is more than it is. It is just a good burger place. The toppings are more imaginative than a diner but it is in the same quality category and if you can create a burger in your mind and order it, you dont need them.
