So, this is my first review, probably because Im here on business and sitting in my hotel room with nothing better to do. I searched for delivery places in the area and read the reviews. It was around 10pm and, being on the road, I didnt want to explore the town this late at night. Also, it is the first snow of the year so just not interested in venturing out. I read a lot of reviews, again, sitting in my hotel board out of my mind. I saw some of the bad reviews for this place and was thinking, maybe I should stick to Dominos, I know what they have and I know what Ill get. I really didnt want to as I can always eat that. I wanted to try some of the local food and decided, finally, to order from this place. The young lady who answered the phone was awesome, sweet and helpful. After I ordered, she told me my wings and sub would be 45 minutes. I repeated as I wanted to be sure she didnt say 4 to 5 minutes. She confirmed 45 minutes. Oh well right, Im sitting in a hotel room board. So, no problem. Well it only took about 20 minutes, maybe a little less. And the guy who delivered it was friendly with a smile. The wings were AWESOME! Cooked perfect, not overdone, just right. The sandwich, well thats more of the same. Now Im not a bread person, prefer the lower carb food. But Im on the road so I guess I splurged a little, it was worth it! The bread is AWESOME, soft and delicious making the rest of the sandwich superb. So, I guess what Im saying in this long winded review is, what a great place, good representation of the local area with great service to boot. Thats it. If youre hungry and looking for delivery with great service and food, give them a call. I Have a 5 hour drive home in the morning so Ill end this review, if I every make it back to Saratoga Springs, Ill be sure to order from this place. I hope this is helpful, enjoy!

I ordered food and first they gave me the wrong order. The next time I ordered food the guy called me and asked hes downstairs and am I coming down because he is not waiting. Then I get downstairs he continues to be rude and says this is America, and I should give him a tip and completely starts raising his voice. Then I show him that I had a tip ready to give him when he had already jumped in his car ready to leave.He then trys to snatch the tip and I didnt give it to him. After yelling at me and telling me I don not give tips when he was thanking me the last time about me constantly giving him tips. Now hes saying something different. Everyother time I ordered they were great except when the ygot my order wrong and this guy started being rude and raising his voice at me just 5 mins ago and then telling me not to order again. Im done with Pizza 7 I can get fries and a wrap from somewhere else its not worth the stress, and begging for tips is not professional either.

When I am not working I order from them regularly. Until today when I tried to order a pizza and a sub and I simply wanted to toppings for the sub on the side so the sub didnt get soggy and I was told no and I got hung up on and then when I called back to talk to the owner I was told he wouldnt speak to me. I was a good customer and I work in food service and run my own business and this is not my first experience with such terrible customer service with companies here in Saratoga and honestly I dont even see how some of these places are still in business. Why is every own so rude and snotty? Because I wanted the lettuce and tomato on the side??? How ridiculous. I will NEVER order from these jerks again. PS there food isnt even that good but delivery options in this town suck, it definitely isnt like where I used to live in NYC and the people down there are nicer!

Got food tonight, ordered around 5pm. Pizza and wings got to my house around 6:30ish, even though I ordered ahead of time online and it stated Id get my food at 6:15pm. Food came in cold. Wings(boneless) were chewy overcooked and NOT buffalo, (On a side-note, Im not sure if Im just weird, but it seems that a lot of places put barbecue sauce on their wings to make them "buffalo", and its really stupid) but barbecue. Last time we ordered here was about 3 years ago, had an argument over the phone about the "food" getting to us late and cold, we shouldve reasoned with ourselves and stuck to never eating at this place again. Worst Pizza and/or Wings in Saratoga Area HANDS DOWN. Too bad I HAVE to give them one star, not worth -5.

Ive been here a couple times. My first time I was greeted by a lovely young lady who is a little unsettling. She was talking about how Jewish people are cheap and untrustworthy. As a non practicing jew I let that slide. However you sometimes need to judge a book by its cover. I learned after a couple times that it a Islamic run establishment. I also learned that dont care about anyone but themself and making money off us saratogians and tourists. I officially boycott this place and will give them no business. They also messed up my order several times. If I could give 0 stars I would for the antisemitic first impression.

5 Stars for tonights pizza. I cant comment on wings, sauces, or delivery which is what some other reviews are complaining about. Ive been looking for a good, thin, NYC style pizza, and this is as close as Ive found in Saratoga. I used the online ordering widget, and it was easy. I got the XL 18" and put thin crust in the special instructions. It was damn near perfect when I got home, but I always like to put a slice in the toaster oven for a little extra crisp... really perfect. Looking forward to some lunch leftovers tomorrow now.

Just called them about 9:15 tonight placed order for two sausage rolls 28th broccoli. Come 10:35 i call to check the status on my food. Woman tells me she never out my order thru. No Im sorry no how can I make it up to you. No nothing other than bring hung up on because I made it clear that I was upset about it. I was home to be eating by that time not being told my order was not put thru. I would of liked to at least get discount or at least sorry but nothing.

I really dont understand the poor reviews. I live in Gansevoort and they deliver to me with no issues. A matter of fact, they deliver faster to me than any other place Ive ordered from and they are the farthest away. We always order the dinners and they are delicious. Always hot when delivered and fresh ingredients. Huge portion. So we can split it between 2 of us. No complaints whatsoever. They have never messed up our order.

Terrible experience. Food was great but one particular man was rude over the phone, the manager. We order our pizza for delivery, forgot to order our drinks. So we call back and thought they had added it onto our order... our pizza arrives and no drinks so we call, the manager tells us because we called back and they couldnt add it on to our order they would have to deliver it seperatly. 45 minutes later we had our drinks...
